    Question, Not trying to say anything about the site or nothing just curious, I noticed on another site this has over 1.2k chapters while almost every other site has around 240-70. Can I get an explanation? is it related to like MTL or something, because like that's a HUGE difference in chapters

      It's the MTL. I read up to chapter 700 and it's really low quality so don't recommend trying it. The lower chapter counts are the official translations.

        yeah,,,, I did realize on a positive note that City of Witches has only been around for 9 months on this site (idk when it technically started) but it has around 236 chapters so in theory it could have a lot more chapters without to bad of a wait time

        Pedophilia. MC gets regressed into a 10 year old child with almost all of his memories locked other than basic things like peoples names, so in all regards he's a literal child. It's an R18 novel so it's not hard to expect what happens, they don't do any full intercourse while he's a child, but he does get taken advantage of.

        It's because he became an *d**t savant after severe brain damage and needed him to grow back into his memories. It was some convoluted plot that his *d**t savant self completely repaired his brain but locked all the memories away, so to make him back into himself they had to put him into a point before he was one. Which tbh is kind of dumb, they could of just regressed him to when he was in his early 20s.

        Yeah but it's still there, and that alone is enough to push many people away and leave them with an extremely negative impression. Idk what the author was thinking by including that, wouldn't of been bad if it was kept wholesome, It's a shame because the rest of the novel is actually really really good, the characters are amazing.

    Drop at chapter 8. The mc is submissive type. He help a guy who scamming him for the pass 5year with his hard-earn money that he work for 12h+ a day. He save the guy by reavealing his secret ability which will make him a test subject/plaything if the witch find out and he's doing it infront of a witch. Not to mention he come with bullsht that the scammer should live cuz it doesn't fair to kill guy bla bla. While mf act all arrogant infront of a witch who could kill him with 1 finger. And become submissive for the guy who scamming him. There are more horrible thing he do but ill stop here

      Yeah, the MC makes a lot of dumb decisions at the start but it's sort of explained down the line. Basically the MC is some sort of math genius, and like all geniuses he's a bit weird, he tends to think of the correct answer but then disregards it due to his emotions. I also wouldn't call him submissive, he has no choice but to bow his head or he'll be killed or worse. He's basically a conflicted individual, his character does evolve throughout the story quite a bit.

        The sheer amount of dumb and contradiction by chapter 8 just made it to much. I bet it gets better down the line but what happens around ch8 makes me wana make a face like the one they did in "soul eater" Whenever excalibur got mentioned
