One of the best novels out there. Early story is a bit slow but definitely worth it. Mostly influenced by Lovecraft mythos but this one isn’t a horror story.

It was really good novel and a wild ride. I hear people say that the beginning is slow, I personally find it really good in pacing but I can understand where this people are coming from. This novel has a little bit of everything and those things really well, if you're searching for an action pact fast paced novel you will get it, but it will take some time.

My favorite novel. I shall give a summary of major events that will spoil a couple early plot points. In the setting of steampunk Europe is the tail of an engineering student taking over someone’s body in another world right after that person shot themself in the head. His journey is from a healing corpse to understanding the surface of Lovecraftian (well another writer who wanted to add kindness to Lovecraft’s horror who I can’t remember the name of) mysticism and its power and getting killed to save his city from the descent of a deity. He revives a second time…but it takes far longer, leading the perspective character to believe, correctly, that he only has one or two more chances to revive in this unknown manner. The lead up to that death may feel slow to some and thrilling to others. Bear in mind some characters who are easy to enjoy and attach to may die, or be changed almost beyond recognition. Not everyone can survive courting death. Fights are described in beautiful detail, so pay attention when a soon-to-be battlefield is described. The author noted that there would be no happy endings for relationships of center-stage characters in his twisted world. Bless the Fool.

By far the single best novel I have read. Not much to say because I have said similar to other novels. However, after reading enough and maturing as a reader I can proudly say this is an amazing novel. It has elements of almost everything you would want. Storytelling and world building is phenomenal. The only thing is that in the later 2-3 hundred chapters feel rushed, lots of info dumping early on, and no love interest (sadge). Yet if you look past it there is an amazing read for you.

Good novel, Good foreshadowing, good protag, good side characters, good villains🧐, good everything. Story may be slow at first, buut It gets better every chapter, just read it.

definitely one of the best novels you can find in this site. klein is one of my favorites among protagonists he is smart, bold, and compassionate power system is unique and interesting. the world is dark and intriguing. and there is Amon my favorite antagonist.

Get ready for a journey full of mysteries and mysticism. This novel is not a light read if you want to completely read it you will have to commit to it as if you're reading a book. But don't let this scare you. . . this novel it's absolutely fantastic from the woldbuilding to how the characters develop, for some it may start slow but give it a shot and let the mysteries in this novel trap you and believe me they won't leave you free.

This is one of the first web novels I read and it was the one that hooked me into this world full of fantastic stories. LOTM is one of my favorite novels if not my favorite, I enjoyed it very much and I thank the author for starting this great story and I hope to continue reading all that remains of this great story and its world. I recommend this novel to anyone who likes a very good story with endearing characters and a fascinating world. 10/10 Praise the fool.

Lotm is probably one of the best novel I've read, I won't say the best since that'd be a reach. . The characters are INSANELY well written, the character development is subtle but easily noticeable, the world building is chef's kiss 😘 you can easily tell cuttlefish has done his research because bro does not fail to cook every single volume, the first hundred chapters are a bit boring I'd say but please read the first 200 chapters and you'll be hooked beyond return. That's all from me, 10/10
