Not really understanding all the recent Tess hate. She's consistently made terrible decisions literally since adolescence, the worst of which she only recently acknowledged/reflected on. I don't mind her being a 'bad' character, it makes canonical sense that a sheltered royalty brat would be incapable of listening to pretty much anyone whom has ever told her 'no,' not least of which amoung the myriad of her other red flag personality traits. If anything, kudos to the author for keeping her character consistent, to that of a mentally stunted 12 year old that makes decisions almost entirely based on emotion. I'm sure at some point she'll have a character arc that shows growth, her finally being self reflective to her being directly responsible for the pseudo deaths of the man she 'loves' and their surrogate child that calls her Mom is some indication of growth
i first read the tbate webtoon (?) like 3 years ago, came back and re read it and then finished on like chapter 400 of the novel, then came back and re read it a third time up to chapter 430-something and havent touched it since. i need someone to tell me to pick it back up again because its too good
