The ending though, 500 year wait starts piling up the hurt, fully maturing and becoming a dragon gives you so much hope, and then just crushes it. Then you see his friends. Companions? They're just suffering from that so-called "gift" the earth gave him as a thank you. That thank you ruined years and brought pain to all of them, what kind of gift was that? Perfectly crushed our hearts. First I've read a novel both Amazing and horrible at the same time. I've still enjoyed reading it though (2/2)

Ending was rough, novel was great but that genuinely hurt. About 100 chapters in, as everyone says, the Mc's power is ambiguous at best, there's also literally no grinding and he basically just gets stronger for no reason, which makes everything less exciting. Story gets boring quick basically but it's still good enough to keep you going. Love is way too prevalent later on and it's genuinely annoying. Some skills are basically forgotten and never mentioned again, like just used once, that's it. (1/2)

I feel like the world did the MC dirty at the end. Like I get the reasoning behind it but still did it really have to end like that.

This novel had really great potential. The setting, story, characters, everything was amazing. But It's like the author ate his great idea, shat this out and said ''Okay, good enough". I mean, the untimely flirting, the women. . . OH GOD the women. It's like the author never met a decent women in their life.

Agreed. Felt like the author didn't try at all for this one and just rode off the popularity of his previous novel.

The translator pisses me off. He changes things that either don't need to be changed or SHOULDN'T be changed. He interjects waaaaaay too much commentary and also doesn't keep the translation true to what was written sheerly because he doesn't like the way it was written.

Ive finished it and Im Sad now. Not because the novel is bad. Its great. Its just... why? Why did it have to end like that? I know she's still positive about all that and about him. But its just hard be put in her possition. Im just letting out my feelings. Its a great read. Thank you

The plot and storyline is interesting, but when it came to female character and harem part, well, it suck. Every female character personality is really sht. This made me drop this novel

Harem spoiler, This is the thing i hate the most about harem novels, it feels like the author hasnt met a woman in his life and all knoweldge about them is from social media the most beautifull girl in the country, and a huge celebrity o boyfriends till now, falls for a monster in the most clishe way possible. A rich double faced girl in early 20 falss for mc after he saves her once, but is completely indiffrent to every single other guy before and after that, even thou when she first met mc she tried to get on his good side when she thought he was a mid level knight, when with her real personality she wouldnt even have paid him any mind. But i know this is not the case since, in villain want to live the harem is written correct, but here the harem should have been pushed under the rug but it is in the open in stead, this is the main reason i dislike this novel, it ruins the whole story in my opinion.

The author probably just wrote a completely half assed self insert harem power fantasy to stall for time and meet deadlines while he came up with ideas for the Villain Wants to Live

Don't be reading this type of clingy harem plot and read a correct one. A good harem novel is really hard to write. Most harem novel are either for the fun and comedy or just poorly written but there are very good ones

This is done by same author and was written way before villain wants to live.

This is the first time i say that for any novel i have read, but i think its bad, but well its not bad, bad its more like its good bad, the story premise is more than decent, and the text writhing is done well, but i think the way its written is getting worse and worse the more the story goes on, at first it starts good, not completely new but hey, how many novels are out there, but above 100-110 chapter it start to be painfull(at least to me ) to read, this is a story about a person who is supposed to fight with his animal side, but the love part completely ruins it, it honestly takes more place than it should and progressively the mc becomes more and more of a duch in my opinion, and i am not saing he does anything bad. His logick it self makes me want to drop it, this is the first novel i have read that i decide to drop on ch 126 and i have read novels with more than 2500 chapters. Honestly this novel is everything bad about harem written well.

I agree with the point of it becoming boring around ~100 chapters in, nothing really interesting happen, he flirts with differents girls and it's too much :/
