I can't read this anymore MC is such a hypocrite he let both si chan and yu tong hanging for like 500 chapters saying he isn't interested in beautiful woman and won't try to answer to their feelings, then that zhu wan er appeared and had the WORST relationship progression ever within like a couple chapters, then he wants to have a relationship with her BUT mc has a epiphany with the help of the black tower that he loved the heavenly phoenix maiden 10 thousands years ago and won't do anything with wan er cuz he realized that he loved that phoenix something hahaha most garbage plot device ever. I won't even try to mention the dumb actions MC does dunno how he cultivated to heaven tier in his past life he is so retarded and c*cky.

This MC is a drama lover he likes to let things escalate being quiet or pretending to be dumb and then after that he face slap everyone it's actually funny and frustrating at the same time.
is this novel so bad? i mean i read the other work of author i cant remember it, but i do read it till end.
I freakn hated this novel. The major plot point was thrown out of the window like it was nothing. Too much dragging should have ended in Heavenly Venerable arc and still make Black Tower valuable and plot device. The author became greedy we can easily see it in this novel. The tower is gone and its all advantages are never mentioned later on. The plot was just dragging. No mention of alchemy later on. Not even once. And in the last arc, MC has to restart cultivation again because his Universe was just inside a small item in the higher world. And like eons is days there. The major thing is only MC is left in his universe all others are inside MC while MC starts cultivation from start.
The author is s good but he keeps forgetting stuff Like heaven venerables where not common at all and the technique that ling Han indestructible scroll thing was his last work so how are ppl getting to know the name. And the reason ling Han can't use celestial king regulations is because of his cultivation level but some reincarnated celestial king can

Not the best novel but the time concept is fcked up in this novel. Even if they throw term immortal casually later on it still feels broken. Also don't know if it's a mistake of a translator or author number of years spanning in millions to billions feels wrong in many places. But nevertheless, it is enjoyable to read even if it is a recycled plot
This is the first book of this sort written by this author I think.. and I think he did a good job.. it wasn’t boring at all.. he doesn’t give too much details or too little.. he leaves room for the imagination of the reader to do their part.. if you find the book boring then the problem isn’t the writer but the reader.. This book isn’t about complicated fight scenes and the Main character cares about the life of mere mortals.. The MC doesn’t look down on those that are weak.. I appreciate that about him..
The plot is so so. The more chapters i read, the more boring it was. I drop this after read till 1k chapter
