After reading the novel, I am going to talk about certain aspects: The construction of the world. It goes from planetary, to river system, river zone, river of space-time and beyond the river, in general I like the way in which it explains the universe to us, by having a coherent structure and laws, something that seems to have been done before the novel and not just at random. | Power system. Divided into two types, body cultivation and essence soul, personally the essence soul is preferable since when they reach the eminence of the tribulation, although their tribulations are worse, it allows them to have a force of willpower, and that as they increase in kingdom The change will be noticeable, especially in life expectancy. A bad point is that we were not able to see the characteristics of the Eternal realm, something that I would have liked knowing what it represents in terms of dao, but in general a good power system that rewards understanding and especially where in the final levels you depend on yourself to advance and not from external means, but my favorite part has to do with the Dao and how it helps you understand the world through a painting or a sword, no matter what the novel is, I can't get enough of this part. | Main character. He follows the line of his previous protagonists, family, monogamous, trying to reach the apex of each kingdom and emphasizing his supernatural understanding or a soul that stands out from the crowd, he is not a saint and I prefer MCs that do not depend so much on external means so I like it quite a bit. | Plot. It is based on the MC's journey becoming stronger without any type of final villain, that is good to be able to give continuity to the work, since the final villain in other works is the cliché of putting stones in the way of the MC. and then in the final battle to have a power Up, while thinking about his family and friends, like in all the novels, but I like the Dao so I swallowed it. | In conclusion, if it weren't for the MC stopping without showing us the Eternal it would be a 5/5 for me, but for that part and what we have missed about the wonders of that kingdom I give it a 4/5

It's pretty enjoyable. I really enjoyed the arc with the demon war. Imo tho, the story started slowing down after he went into the outer realm and towards the end, it just became boring. Anyways, it's a good novel.

This was very good read for me. first few hundred chapters were great although it became boring later on it was very enjoyable and unique read. I Wana deduct half star for later boring chapters but I can't do that so it's a 5.

Great Novel if you are looking for heart warming story and great action. How can we forget about the cultivation , which just superb. But. BUT! IT WOULD HAVE BECOME A GREAT NOVEL IF NOT FOR THE ENDING!!🥲🥲

the novel started off really good. the mc is very different as compared to other mc's. . . there is also no brainless cannon fodder characters that wait to be face-slapped. however, at around ch 100, the story gets really boring. like super boring. . . to the point where you will just scroll down and click next without reading the chapter

Beautiful is the thing to describe this novel. It has world defying storytelling ability. Everything makes sense in this novel. There is nothing like ''No I just got lucky and became a god. '' Every Improvement he made had a good reason. Even if he was extremely op It was only because of his hard work. Every lesson meng Chuan learned or discovered from his cultivation journey had a deep impact on my life. I always try to remember the things that had made a deep impression on me. So basically its is an amazing novel. I highly recommend it.

This is my first review on this site. I have completed about 10 cultivation novels and have read at least to past 300+ chapters on about 30-40 cultivation novels. This is in my top 5 if not top 3. This feels more like a book written by a professional author than anything. While the cultivation itself is not something extremely unique, the characters, world-building, and slice of life make it amazing. As seen by the review below me by "Ssshhh" if you are expecting some harem which you can jerk off too mentally you will not like this seriously. if you want a well written cultivation novel, do read this :)

This novel is more 3,5 than 4 to me because many characters got forgotten and it gets boring somewhere in the middle because MC faces no challenges anymore after his talent transforms and later it is even impossible to kill mc so cultivation kind of becomes a joke from my point of view.

Okay, I know what you're thinking, another Cultivation Novel with a bunch of showing off, You're wrong this is Top 3 on my novel list that I've read, Very straight forward, the author doesn't like to delay things, Interesting concept, Essence Soul stage, Tribulation, etc. And one of the things that separate this novel from any other cultivation novel is that they actually use the technique the learnt. Although there's 2 Plot holes which unfortunately reduce my score on this novel, if the novel's author decides to continue this novel again (probably not) it may be fixed.
the plot hole is the Essence Soul technique that he learnt when he was on Eon Sea Sect, he form a karma ties with the guy that created it to protect his homeworld and for 100.000 year. And the other one is the book on the eternal tower which I forgot, but it never been mentioned again in the later chapter

Finally finished this novel, the novel is really straightforward, especially in the early part of the novel, although in the middle part it's somewhat lacking (in my opinion) and the end is not what I expected, it's still one of the best cultivation novel I've ever read.
