Astral Apostle

This is a well-written story that struggles in a few places. The structure was intended to echo stories like Fantasy Simulator and Carefree Path of Dreams, but the balance between the Astral and main world narratives is uneven and at times irregularly paced. Likewise, tone wavers from the comedy being side splitting, while playing other sections completely straight. The worldbuilding is amazing, and the characters are well done. Some sections of the plot dragged, but others were so good I stayed up far far later than is reasonable. I'm convinced that if the author recovered and finished the story, it would be nearly as popular as their previous, The Legendary Mechanic. That said, the author last posted in July 2022, even if the translation only finished a year ago. So it's something of a forlorn hope, especially when they stopped writing for their health.

I have binged this novel for the first world and I still want more I would love to see where the author takes the MC and all the apostle and what other worlds are out there for him to spread chaos in.

Im mixed with this one. The power system and the world building is good, but the bland MC and Chinese influences kinda suck. Their society in the book seems to just crush individuality and suppress people with super powers and the MC just has zero problems with it. SPOILERS : there is a legit re-education camps made for supers to get brainwashed after they awaken and MC's thoughts are "it would be bad for them to go straight back into society, good thing we get whipped into shape". It feels like one of those stories that wasn't thought out in much depth and the MC seems to be dumb purely for plot points. He also lacks any motivation whatsoever he goal is genuinely just to be a good dog for his country. He is practically not even a MC basically an npc

D*mn I kinda wished for more. . . The unique style of this novel is d*mn good, like his other identities on the other worlds. . . D*mn good novel 5/5 and it'll continue to be one of the fave novel

Traveling through various worlds has a varied power system as a comedy of sorts that you can use to destroy someone's dignity, I liked it but honestly the last arc is corny because everyone goes to the world of wuxia and becomes the classic idiot

Another great novel from the author of 'The Legendary Mechaic'. MC have the power to travel to different (Not anime/fanfic worlds but original world with different power system and culture). There is not much to say about the quality since author have aleady nailed the perfect writing style with is a mix of engaging storyline with a hint of comedic undertone. Sadly, the lastest arc been a bit of a disappintement since MC goes to a wuxia world and was forced to play the role of a typical over righteous idiot. And to make it worse, it seems the author is on a long hiatus (doctor's recommendation) and we wont know if that arc get fixed somehow or this is how the story ends.
