Everybody is Kung Fu Fighting, While I Started a Farm
Chapter 89: Planting Two Yuanbao Trees

Chapter 89: Planting Two Yuanbao Trees

Taking out an 18cm carrot and cleaning it with tissues, Jiang He ate it while checking the revamped Dragon Elephant Prajna in detail.

After all, creating a cultivation method was a very difficult task—it was not simply written just because you came up with an idea.

You have to consider aspects such as logic or power output, and might have to edit it over a dozen times—such as now, where Jiang He noticed a clear problem after one check.

“Isn’t the Dragon Elephant Prajna I changed a little weak?”

“The first tier grants the strength of one dragon and one elephant, which my cultivation manual defines as ten thousand catties… but cultivating it to the eighteenth tier would only be a hundred and eighteen thousand catties?”

Sure, a hundred and eighteen thousand catties sound extremely powerful.

However, one should note here that even a D-class Awakened with superstrength could throw punches with a force of up to two tons, and a C-class with the same superpower could punch out with a force of up to ten thousand catties.

“I’m just a rank-five pinnacle now, but my punches could reach over a hundred thousand catties too, or a hundred and fifty if I ate a pepper. Isn’t punches at a hundred and eighty catties after cultivating to eighteenth tier too weak?”

Jiang He thought about it, and edited Dragon Elephant Prajna for a bit.

“First tier mastery grants the strength of a dragon and an elephant, reaching over a hundred thousand catties… mastery of the eighteenth tier permits of a burst of strength over one point eight million catties.”

“Not bad.”

“One point eight million catties is still acceptable, and when I eat a paper to increase my combat strength by half, that would be 2.7 million catties. I would instakill rank-nine martial artists with a single punch too!”

After that, it was the special effects.

Jiang He’s opinion was that cultivation methods with no special effects were soulless. Even when he used Blind Princess’s Eight Practices, his body would be phantomlike and he would leave a long trail of afterimages.

“Sound effects would be enough with the dragon roars and elephant trumpeting. The special effects though…”

After musing to himself for a long time, Jiang He eventually wrote: Once unleashed, the Dragon Elephant Prajna unleashes the silhouette of a divine elephant and a divine dragon. The higher tier the cultivation, the more vivid the silhouettes would be!

He was about to draw said divine elephant and divine dragon when he remembered that his ability only extended to stick people, he gave up on the thought.

He waved, and Dumbo promptly went into digging mode, its all four paws clawing and soon made a hole in the ground.

Jiang He threw the Dragon Elephant Prajna that he spent two hours finishing in it, before redeeming a composite fertilizer and dumping it down the hole as well.

Trumbo opened its maw and watered the cultivation manual.

Meanwhile, Jiang He was thinking.

After that, he took out the two gold bricks from his pockets.

“Since I could plant a money tree, wouldn’t it be the same for gold too?”

After ordering Dumbo to dig two more holes, Jiang He quickly spent 200 farm points to redeem two nitrogen fertilizers that he buried with the gold bricks.

Even as he planted the gold bricks, the Dragon Elephant Prajna was sprouting nearby. A strong little tree grew rapidly, with audible dragon roars and elephant trumpeting, with the silhouette of a divine dragon circling the tree, above a small but imposing golden elephant trumpeting at the skies.

Fortunately, those phenomena could only be detected in this small plot of land, and anybody outside would not notice.

And after an hour, the small strong tree blossomed, with eighteen sheets hanging by the tip of their branches.

Jiang He reached out to pluck one.

[Ding!]

[+300 Farm Points]

Beside his ear, a crisp System Notification could be heard, and Jiang He could not help glancing at the System notification.

20 points was added to his Farm Level’s EXP bar.

“In other words, these eighteen would fill me up to 5400 farm points and 360 EXP?” Excited, Jiang He read the golden sheet in his hand.

[Dragon Elephant Prajna]

[Eighteenth Tier]

He plucked another golden sheet, which turned out to be the Eighth tier.

Soon, he had plucked down all Eighteen Sheets and sorted them according to their Tier, whereas the tree collapsed loudly into ashes.

The System jingled in his head with another notification then.

[Ding!]

[A high-level martial art: Dragon Elephant Prajna has been detected in the farm. Consume 2000 Farm Points to learn the First Tier?]

Jiang He directly ignored the System Notification.

“If memory serves, Dragon Elephant Prajna is easy on the early tiers and I could try cultivating it on my own. I’ll just use farm points if I can’t.”

Motivated, Jiang He began to cultivate according to instruction in the golden sheets.

Within minutes…

A dragon roar and an elephant’s trumpeting echoed, with the faint silhouette of a divine dragon circling the air over the head and a divine elephant bellowing at the skies.

“Is… Is that it?”

Jiang He blinked.

It seemed that… it was not difficult at all?

Or perhaps his Strengthened Nine Yang Technique’s compatibility with all martial arts was in effect?

“No, wait… I’ve only cultivated the first tier of the Dragon Elephant Prajna, but why does it feel like my abilities have improved a little? A little increase of my qi and blood density strengthened my defense by a whole notch. Could it be that my strength and True Qi is equivalent to the First Tier of Dragon Elephant Prajna before?”

Jiang He came to a realization.

So, was that why the cultivation of the First Tier was so simple and quick?

Not one who believe in jinxes, Jiang He had started cultivating the second tier of the Dragon Elephant Prajna, but had nothing after over a dozen minutes.

“Damn it!”

“Aresn’t the early stages of the Dragon Elephant Prajna supposed to be easy and only difficult during the late? Why does it feel like hell difficulty from the very start?” He complained.

Jiang He thought about it, but still did not decide to use Farm Points to cultivate.

“I had 3800 farm points, spent 500 to redeem one composite fertilizer pellet and two nitrogen fertilizer pellets, before the Dragon Elephant Prajna earned me 5400 points, and now I would have 8700 points!”

If he slowly accumulated more points from here, he would reach ten thousand points soon. Would it not be more awesome if he directly cultivated up to Second Tier for his Nine Yang Techniques?

After that, he looked up ahead, and saw two small trees that around 2.5 meters tall, resembling still willows trees.

Both trees were fully golden and glimmered under the sun. As its dangling branches swayed under the wind’s gusts, the stacks of golden ingots growing over it would clang as they knock into each other.

[Ding!]

[+10 Farm Points]

Jiang He plucked down one golden ingot and studied it.

It probably weighed around one catty.

“I planted a gold brick, but what I got are golden ingots. This isn’t logical!” He protested.

Still, he broke into laughter in the next second.

There were around a hundred gold ingots on one tree, each weighing a catty or half a kilogram. If he calculated according to the unit of 350 dollars per gram, one tree alone would produce over 17 million dollars.

“Money is no different from paper to me. What I need are farm points… that said, two trees would be enough to help me cultivate up to the Second Tier of the Nine Yang Technique!”

Soon, however, Jiang He was troubled.

What should he name the tree?

Money tree?

Yuanbao Tree?1
