Ghost Emperor Wild Wife: Dandy Eldest Miss

This novel follows a MC who transmigrated into another world in the body of a useless girl. The MC has a cheat (some powerful support persona in her head) and knowledge from her previous world that allow her to gain strength rapidly with otherworldy medicine and her spirit space, which imbues things put into it with spiritual power. Of course, the world she reincarnated in basically has no residual spiritual power, and its medical advancements are rudimentary at best, making everything she creates peerless. This is all fine and dandy if she were to bide her time, keep away from trouble, and become strong enough to not give a flying ****. But she doesn't. While the antagonists are very dumb and annoying (comically so), she incites everyone with every action she takes and, sometimes, gets into situations that are way over her head. It's a good thing that not only her skin is thick, but her plot armor is, too, be it in the form of her cheating support companion in her head or her male romance option, who happens to be the strongest dude ever. And this happens in a somewhat repeating pattern of -people offend her or retaliate back -she slaps face or gets saved by plot armour and still slaps face New arcs are just other people she needs to get rid of. If she weren't the actual MC of this novel, she'd be long dead due to her arrogance, impudence, impatience, and lack of social intelligence and foresight. But she's the one-eyed king amongst the blind; the author gouged out everyone's eyes.

This is a good novel well worth the read in my honest opinion albeit the entire story events repeat itself from beginning to end. FL gets insulted, insults or beats them, if the person is a girl they create drama and misunderstandings to make the ML love them, same if it's a guy but wanting the FL, the power of love prevails for the ML / FL and they trick / kill their enemy. I'd say in this story jealousy kills 80% of the introduced antagonists while the final 20% are plot fodder for the first 80% The ML is quite literally the most broken character in the story hands down with the FL being a close 2nd ( A majority of antagonists could've easily killed her if they weren't written out to have leaking brain cells) still though, worth the read. Everytime the plot involves Bai Su just skip it. Terribly written, unimportant, plays no role in molding the FL or ML in positive or negative ways. He's basically just a 1000+ year old stalker chasing a 15 year old child for 1500 chapters. Thankfully he only shows up for 5 or 6 chapters every 200ish or more chapters until he decides to implode himself to kill an antagonist the FL couldn't beat.

Very basic story; strong MC, talented. Strong ML go on aventure cultivate, fight villain make g me family strong. You know the rest they are many similar story out there nothing new, nice plot anyway.

It's just totally my type . I love the domineering and arrogant mc and Yun Xiao is definitely added on my favorite male leads list and he has a high position there

The heroine of this novel is incredibly talented and straightforward, a true dandy. The hero is the absolute dream man. Who wouldn't want a man like him.

Very basic story structure, unbearable cardboard side-characters. The only thing this novel does that is different from the other cookie cutter ones is that male protagonist is not obnoxious alpha male throwing around his pheromones so that FMC will jump on him whenever, he is her slave instead.

A lot of wordspace in chapters is wasted on useless flex\chattering between characters, very low amount of action. Cultivation aspect is very forced and has no rules whatsoever, fights are as boring as you can get. Medicine aspect is very plot-reliant, she knows everything from the start, she doesnt need any mcguffins to cure someone, she just either cures someone right away or it is not needed for the plot to gain the follower. Even though novel itself tries very hard to be "mature", it still cant bend the trope of characters coughing blood and hitting chests with palms.

Plot progression is very cyclic, dropped it at chapter 500+. Even though its 500 chapters in, its still first arc of her avenging her parents death, this is how bloated this thing is. Cycle goes like this:

1) Downtime, setting stage for the upcoming conflict;
2) Conflict itself:
a) Arrogant male tries to harass female protagonist\her female followers
b) Arrogant female slandering and harassing female protagonist\her female followers
c) Female protagonist's family "honor" is wounded by someone\its related to the main plot of her revenge
3) Confrontation;
Mainly stupid characters cant see the difference in power\don't aknowledge her status, they proceed to waste their breath for 5-6 chapters filled with slander and harassment, then something comes up, usually its someone strong bending the knee to the female protagonist, which shocks all the goons.
4) Conflict resolved;
Goons are so shocked of FMC's power that they proceed to digging their grave until they are forced to commit suicide. Yes. its a "mature" novel where these obnoxious antagonist dont even get proper retribution for their deeds.
5) Followers gained;
FMC saves someone in her journey\in the conflict arc or just makes the point that antagonists are dumb and irrational and she is the only one holier than thou, and these followers are either endlessly loyal(aka no character, no wishes, no needs) or have some broken trait that serves as plot tool in the mini-arcs of conflict.
7) Downtime, back to square one.

FMC is unberarably arrogant, two-faced and always has the holier-than-thou approach, antagonists are dumb and arrogant, world is very stale and uninteresting.

MC is boring and mostly cliche, has some mental issues from the looks of it yet author tries very hard to represent him as top-groom of the continent.

FMC's followers are mostly trash that says something supportive from time to time\exists to get in to troubles whenever plot demands it. They get their own romance arcs though, thats a good thing i suppose, as long as its not trash talk between FMC and goons for 10 chapters straight.
