Great story to pass the time. There could have been a lot more world-building. It has a lot of untapped potentials like the adventure of White through the different countries, The love story of Queen and the Enperor and why some of the challenges why they couldn't be together or tell their son and grand kids about their hertage, Stories of the Civil war in the neighboring kingdom from the Princes' point of view or WHat happens after the Vampire War and Allen's Travel across the Land and maybe sone romance alone the way.

I see two sides of the spectrum going on here, is the title really just a bait?

Title is a bait, there's no necromancy because MC's body has holy powers so all the necromancy spells become priest spells (curses/plagues becomes blessings/healing and the only necro thing he can do is raise the dead but they just become "holy undead" or whatever thats it). some plot holes of here and there of MC using skills, MC does not have a clear goal, story is rush to the mainpoint, world is full of Vampires, and Undeads tailor made for him, The only thing redeeming of this story is how he pertains himself as a holy edgelord that needs to be worshipped even loads of cliche Misunderstanding are in this story to make it alive. . its cause the plot armor is just too strong on this one even repetitive situations of saving a damsel or someone in distress just to make MC look even cooler. . To be honest this novel is bland and cliche for veteran readers but its pace is good for people looking for some edgey holy action. .

Thank you. Removing this from the library. After rereading LOTM my standards have become too high 'Curses'

The might of undead lich and paladin got played down a lot in this web novel, they are more or less only a little better than mob

It's a great novel, I really like this kind of reading. what I don't generally understand in this kind of novel is that despite the fact that the MC can see descriptions (name, race, age...) on the people they meet without restriction, they only do Rarely, despite constantly saying they are in a dangerous world where they need to improve to survive, there is literally nothing more useful as power when it comes to surviving but they don't use it . only use later when they're on the edge of danger

This is a prime example of a cliché premise turned into a wonderful & interesting story 👏 THE STORY : I'm happy that it's not the kind of story where added scenes seemed to be hastily thought up just to unnecessarily prolong the story. You can clearly see that it's well-thought-out. The execution of the story is well done. It gets the reader progressively interested and excited. Also, I like how the arising issues or conflicts aren't repetitive. Although the vampires are the main enemies, the scenes where the MC & his companions get tangled up are actually quite creative and gets you all hyped up. This was one hell of an exciting ride full of action-packed fighting scenes, heart-wrenching reunions & funny dialogues from our one and only MC. Oh dear goddess Gaia and Lord Saint, thank you for gracing this poor lamb with this wonderful novel 🙏

It's a better-than-average web novel. That said, it does not deserve 4.9 stars. Perhaps 4.5. The writing is certainly less "edgy" than a lot of other novels similar to this one, however, it is still wrought with generalizations, cliches, and overall pretty cringe lines. Inconsistencies in the power system, characters, certain villains, and pretty much everything plague the novel. Then again, I can't think of one web novel that does NOT have many inconsistencies. The plotline devolves toward the end of the story. It's worth a read, but there are certainly other stories that are better options.

Which similar stories that are better options would you recommend ? I am on the hunt for more novels these days...

I don't really recall this novel that well because it's been so long since I read it, and the novel itself is quite unmemorable(a testament to it's mediocrity, perhaps). So, because I don't recall the novel that well, it'll be a bit hard to recommend something "similar", but I can give you some good novels that are at least in the broad direction. Shadow Slave and Mother of Learning are two of the best novels on this site by a significant margin, and although they are broadly similar to this novel(in the sense that they both adhere to conventional WN topics), they can't really be described as very alike. Lord of the Mysteries and My House of Horrors both also receive very high praise from some of the more "sophisticated" WN readers, and I too would recommend them, for they definitely have great qualities. However, they still rank tier below the two I listed earlier. I hope this helps, and if you've read all/some of these and need more recommendations, just let me know.

this is such an extraordinary novel.and its completed! the story is like vanhelsing, mumybreturn, indiana jones combined with percy jackson, and funny OP ML like solo leveling. sometime the main lead mostly act more like a villain and i pitty his enemy instead. there is some scene where the dragon is the protagonis and the dragon slayer is the villain..the author like turning upside down our logic, and that is marvelous. the suspense is getting more and more tense each every chaphter..just what a masterpiece!! read it!!
