Harry Potter: Dimensional Wizard

This novel has added value in terms of the main character's ambition in pursuing the essence of magic, as a pioneer and discoverer of a way forward for magicians who have been stagnant for years, combining technology and magic, creating the way for various types of new power systems and the main character's concern for looking for a way for ordinary people so that humans can not always be at the bottom of the pyramid ladder in terms of power and strength. I really like the main character in this fanfic, especially the character who is pragmatic, not too bound by morals, intelligent, paranoid and always careful. The weakness of this novel is that the author wants to please all readers so sometimes the author speeds up an arc because of readers' opinions and in the end the arc feels empty and has no soul at all. Apart from that, hopefully the main character is not too attached to his empire so as not to cause irrational decisions due to by momentary emotions. Finally I would like to say that may the truth of Arcane always guide our path.

a novel which started very well, with characters, worlds, interesting wars, then at some point, the author changed, or places to write about new characters, worlds, research with a beautiful balance, the novel is transformed into a pure novel of magical research with infinite theories, ok it's cool at the beginning and everything, but seeing that all the time has just ruined the novel for me, each chapter (amlgre the rarity) that comes out just talking about new stupid theories, I wait 3 to 5 days for a new chapter, to end up reading about a theory that neither adds nor takes away from the novel. . . before chapter 400 it's is a 4. 5/5, after that with these 90% of chapters of theory and magical research it goes to 3/5 and it is only because I still have hope that the author will balance his novel a little.

The story is fine as a power fantasy and I'll probably read it every once in a while when I feel like that but as a novel it's kind of lacking. The problem point is that it's extremely egocentric, when talks to someone the world stops. Eg. I don't believe Harry, Ron and Hagrid would just stand there while he gave a 20min lecture to Hermione. Also he doesn't hold conversations, most of the time it's just him explaining stuff onesidely. Again it's fine for a power fantasy and I'm enjoying the HP world but it really lacks depth so I don't think I'll be sticking around long term.

One of the best fanfic I have ever read though the authors multiversal theory maybe flawed we can't used it to condemn him , he's not a scientist or astronomer, the story pacing is good not too slow and not too fast , I like the power tiers it's sple and not confusing like some xianxia novels , though some worlds put name on there tiers the generally accepted multiversal power rankings is simple , this novel is a must read and the best part is that the harem isn't cringe or show unnecessary s*x scene because of this am given a 5star review but it can't happen because of it's low ranking

Well, I gave it a shot because I wanted to read some fanfics and had heard a few good things about the author's other novel. Unfortunately, I'm close to dropping it after 100+ chapters. The pace is the biggest problem in my opinion, as there isn't enough time for any character development. By chapter 100, the novel transitions from a fast-paced story into more of an event log. Chapters are extremely short, which further accelerates the pace. I did like the main character initially. A morally grey and paranoid scientist is always interesting to read about. However, I found it disappointing that the author discards his caution whenever it's convenient for the plot. The harem is probably one of the worst I have ever seen and does not fit the plot of the story at all. Author just wanted mc to have a harem so he did a 35 year time-skip, stated that mc has like 6 wives now and thats it xD Update 200+ chapters: The pace improved somewhat after the HP plot, but new problems emerged with the MC's travel to other universes. The multiverse theory that the author tries to establish is flawed. The same goes for expanding the scope of the original HP universe, as the author essentially merges it with the Forgotten Realms universe. There are problems and inconsistencies with dimension/time travel. Author basically turned it into pseudo cultivation novel by introducing power tiers. Also this has to be the worst example of scale problem i have ever seen. Forget xianxia 10k miles cities, here a cannon fodder can destroy entire universe with casual attack. Its basically much worse version of "Reincarnation Paradise"

One of the best fanfic I've read, really love Edward bones man. My Favourite part will always be the power systems and how he incorporates them into his own system and his paranoia haha, the embodiment of the perfect arcanist: Great curiosity practiced with extreme caution. This is a very fun read that you won't regret

A wonderful and amazing story. The way mana based magic work, different type of non mana based magic work explain greatly and of course magic with technology what more to say. And importantly how non magic system work and make it in mana base magic for that.

Honestly one of the beat Harry potter fanfic novels out there , I especially love how this novel doesn't just stick with rhe Harry potter world forever and expans beyond it in a good way and explanation

Lets rate this Nice fan-fic World building is the greatest out of all the things i'm gonna rate . The universes are fleshed out well and they don't seem a copy of the universe from the original show/novel . Power system is also great . With the tier system and the arcanist system , even a novel reading beginner can understand whatever is goin on . Character Development is also great . I liked how the author didn't forget the original characters from harry potter world and made sure the characters did something . The plot is visible , its just that we need around 300 more chaps before its clear . Little usage of plot armor to speed things up so its alright . The only thing you might not like about this is that there are translation errors and some arcs seem boring . But just enjoy it . Also there's a harem , so if you don't like harem then too I recommend reading this for the sake of the power system and world building ( I think that they're comparable to lotm and ri ) Great novel . 4/5

This novel is really good when it comes to world building and plot progression. The main character is very smart and capable. The harem aspect plays very little into the actual story. Later in the story when he starts traveling, the author includes a lot of different animes and worlds, which makes it very exciting to read. The power progression is very stable.
