That's the really unfortunate thing I find about a lot of these stories. They have great concepts but the author clearly didn't plan anything out with the plot progression or an ending so the story begins to stagnate as the author no longer knows where to go with the plot. My Necromancer Class is the best example that I can think of right now. I loved MNC's concept and the first 100 chapters or so I remember enjoying greatly. But after a certain point the author didn't know where to take the plot and it stagnated as some small problems that had always plagued the story became far worse.
