I would have rated this novel an 8/10 easily but the different species in the novel are too repetitive like the author just add the word 'mystical' or 'natural' to the name of the species I hope that the author research more on species.

The author does obviously know more species but he keeps them the same as a sort of "Coincidence? I think not!" within the plot. It essentially tells a lot about the bigger FAR OFF picture without having to say it directly. And at the current point in the novel, it's a foreshadowing of a foreshadowing that foreshadows another foreshadowing and so on and so forth. Really good stuff if you ask me.

*me who's at the latest chapter*: I don't think you should remember that guy, for the sole reason that he's pretty much less than a side character

The power development sees no end in this novel. I like it. The MC is domineering and greedy. One of the best novels I've read.

What the author lacks in character depth and development he makes up for in plot design. Seriously, I still can't get over how I love the philosophical themes written so awesomely into this story. How the MC starts off fighting an apocalypse only to find himself discovering a new apocalypse he was never even aware of everytime he finishes solving one. How everytime he beats one enemy he finds out there's a whole organization of incredibly far stronger enemies right around the corner. How everytime he thinks "My development is currently insanely fast." And he feels like he's better than the people that are supposed to be at his level he gets a reality check and finds out he's average or slightly above at best. It's the most realistic and relatable aspect in this novel: you're nothing no matter what you do. Struggle. Fight. Do all you can to make yourself better. It all amounts to futility because you are just a grain of sand at the end of the day, no matter how special you think you are
