Chapter 46: Toast to the Newlywed

I noticed that one guy was assigned to the table of the newlywed. No other people served them, I noted any dishes and cups they were using. When all the people were partying and busy with the celebration, I followed one lone servant on his way back to the kitchen for more dishes. I took out my dagger and applied Axion Poison on it. I the sneaked up to him from behind and stabbed with my dagger while putting my hand on his mouth. The poison started to work quite fast because it was just a normal servant.

Before I did anything else, I stunned him and then I dragged the guy to the nearest room. The servant was out cold and so I didn't have to worry about him recognising me, I took off his clothes then wore them myself. I then hid him in the wardrobe and exited the room.

I headed straight to the kitchen where I would wait for the servant responsible for the newlywed. I didn't enter the kitchen because the chef or other servants would probably give me some plates or cups for me to carry. I waited in a silent corner waiting.

I didn't have to wait for long because the servant I was waiting for arrived about 10 minutes later. I followed him into the kitchen and saw him pick up some stuff. I pretended that I was stumbling and poured the poison into the cups he was carrying, making sure he wouldn't spill anything due to my stumble.

He was quite angry at me and shouted "Watch what you're doing!". I changed my voice a bit and said "I'm sorry" then I left with some trays in order not to attract any suspicion.

I walked into the room I left the fainted guy in while holding the trays. I then placed the trays down and took off the clothes borrowed from the servant. I then exited the room again and went back to the main hall, where the party was in full swing.

I saw the servant placing new cups and dishes with my poison in front of the newlyweds. Both Senty and her new husband stood up to make toast. The so called young master said "This is the toast to all of the guest gathered here for this occasion. It is also a toast to my new lovely wife. I'm happy to have you by my side". The whole crowd cheered and all drank from their cups.

When I saw Senty and her new husband drink the wine, I relaxed and prepared to leave. Leaving through the front gate would be suspicious. Fortunately hallways were not guarded and I could escape through the window. I used one of the windows and jumped out into the garden that was adjacent to the mansion. Then I simply climbed over the wall and I was outside already.

My plan was accomplished. Although it may seem as nothing but imagine two people straight after their wedding unable to consummate it. 'Hahahaha' I laughed in my head. That was the beginning, I wouldn't let them off that easily. This was just to punish her, when she finds out that her husband can't even get hard looking at her body, it would bring her countless amounts of shame and frustration. He will never be able to do it with her, maybe if there was a good doctor like Nick, he could cure it but only if the poison was found out very quickly. After many hours he will be "crippled" for the rest of his life.

She won't be able to have kids either while her sexual drive would also perish with time. Her line of descendants will perish and that was very severe punishment in itself, they would only be able to get old together and die. Perfect ending for an arrogant bitch such as her.

I didn't head back to the inn anymore, I went straight to the village gate to leave the village. I needed to collect Shelly on my way and then return to the Horseplain Village in two days. There were few things I would need to take care of. Just to make things less suspicious on myself, I needed to catch up with all the ingots that I didn't do throughout the time I was absent from the Horseplain Village.

I needed that in order to cover up the death of the guy who used to monitor me. He was gone for good and he wouldn't be found, yet I still had to stay in the village therefore I needed an alibi. What else would prove that I was there everyday if not the ingots I was supposed to produce?

I again copied the airs of miners and exited the Grasshill Village. The guards were not really in the mood to check everyone due to celebration, they only checked those who entered the city. I easily went out and headed towards the place where I parted my ways with Shelly.

When I arrived at the location, I shouted lightly "Shelly! Are you here?". Not even a minute later a turtle came out of the woods and with its incredible speed rammed into me. I didn't dodge it because I knew Shelly was happy that I came back. Although Shelly was strong and rammed me with such speed, it actually slowed down drastically before it touched me and therefore I only fell down with Shelly on top of me.

I said "I know you are happy but get off. I told you I will be back in couple of days". Shelly rubbed its head on me and reluctantly got off of me. I said to Shelly "Alright, it's time to go back to the Horesplain Village. I still need to create some ingots before the others return". Shelly nodded its head and we travelled back to the village.

On the way, we encountered couple of wolves and bears as well as boars but nothing major happened like last time. After 2 days of travel we finally made it back to the Horseplain Village. It was very early in the morning so people were still asleep. It was good because I didn't want other to notice us. All the villagers didn't really care about my being so they wouldn't notice I was gone for couple of days.

I took Shelly back to the house and rested till 7 am. At that time I went out to the workshop and started my work on ingots. I worked without a break for couple of hours creating 3 ingots altogether. I then decided to just rest and eat something. Unfortunately for me, the food was not delivered because Grond was absent and villagers didn't care if I had food or not. Besides, Rand was out too.

I went back to my house and waked up Shelly. I said "Come on, we are going to the river. I need to eat something". Shelly nodded its head and followed after me. Soon we arrived at the river and Shelly pulled on my pants again. I looked down and wondered 'What does it want this time'. Shelly pointed its head at the river and then at me while shaking it left and right. Then it jumped into the river.

'I guess Shelly wants to hunt by itself, then I shall make fire'. I was getting better at understanding what Shelly wanted to convey with certain gestures and moves it did. I guessed it was because I spent loads of time with Shelly and naturally learned how to understand it.

After a short while, Shelly jumped out of the water and brought out two fishes in its mouth. It left the fishes near the fire and then jumped in again. I guessed that this much would not be enough for both of us so Shelly went to hunt again.

After about 20 minutes of hunting, Shelly brough out about 15 fishes. Some were even as big as half a metre. I cooked all the fishes and gave 8 of them to Shelly. For me the rest was enough. After enjoying the meal for a while, I said "It's time to go back, I still need to work and create more ingots. I think if I manage to create 9 today, tomorrow I will have to create 9 more. Then my quota will be almost completed". Shelly nodded its head and followed after me back to the village.
