Honestly I so sick of reading the same same plot every arc that I end up skimming
In all Chinese cultivation novel/Manhuas, the male protagonist do all the hard works to get stronger while the female main character can get as strong as him by doing nothing, obtaining benefits from the protagonist or even by sleeping. This is utter b*llsh*t.
Well this novel right here are not so much different from your another chinese novel. But I don't know why i can't help feeling good whenever i read new chapters of martial peak. I think the reason is that the time i gave in to this novel. I don't know you guys but i have been reading this novel for years and it became a part of my life. Whenever yank kai achieves something i am being geniunely happy for him and vice versa. So... Yeah if you are new and wondering if this novel is good , from a totaly blank perspective it's okay but if you ask me it is something else. So ones again welcome to the martial peak.
4000+ I thought people can't fight in the temples/gate so why can they blockade it now? Also why are they now allowed to harass cultivators going to other locations. Seriously how much plot armor is the author giving this enemy right now.

The romance in this novel is laughably bad. The author decides on a few wives and instead of having them stick with the MC, they simply disappear for hundreds or even thousands of chapters on end. In the meanwhile, there are multiple arcs where great love interests show up, stand side by side with the MC, and are fully deserving of being taken as a wife. Many of them even have better personalities, relationships, or story arcs than some of the MC's actual wives. But nothing is developed and the author tosses them away at the end of their respective arc. Since this is a harem, at least have some sort of consistency. It feels more like a coin toss by the author rather than anything logical. Over time, the novel gets dull and repetitive because instead of developing characters and relationships, the author just tosses everything away and starts from scratch in an endless cycle. RIP Qiu Yi Meng, Hu Mei'er, Yang Yan and all future best girls who will undoubtedly be ignored by Yang Kai.

Well MP is what got me into Cultivation gener so wouldn't bash much. But the plot feels reparative now hopefully it gets better
