Starts a bit hard, first few chapters are really hard to digest. But after that it becomes sweet. I can't say I liked the MC's character but yes I could totally understand him. Loved the daughter and the way the harem progresses. The author did a good work building the harem. Not like some other novels where girls just jump on the MC and bullsh*t like that ( Except for 1 girl, I didn't like her character, felt she was pretty useless ). Female characters are strong and really play a good part in the story. And the romance melts the heart steadily and smoothly.

Generic dungeon raid type. What makes this novel feel worse than other of this type is: -Author is bad at writing battle scenes -gem and bracelet is just a different name for dungeon drop/gear except people can switch those in battle especailly mc who can switch them really fast -3-5 chapters of unnecessary drama/troupes for like every 10 chapter of dungeon, especially faceslapping ones, horny dudes, gold diggers etc. -the main plot of going to dungeon and trying to solve company president's dad is very forgettable as story goes on -everyone except mc party is potrayed as dumb, greedy, imcompetant or psycho.

I don't like it. This is a story about the usual "gates" that "awakened" can enter to fight mobs and loot stuff. Here the main thing would be the drama/tragedy centered around the relationships and the struggles of humans betraying each other and dying for wealth. For me the writing felt way too short for me to enjoy the story though. I found the fight scenes not interesting, dialogues and interactions between characters to be too basic and one-dimensional. Like the parade of extremely beautiful characters that get hit on by those "evil guys" and hate it so they are refreshed and interested in MC who isn't a simp drooling over their good looks I also found that too much tragedy wasn't my thing, I'm someone that finished ROTSSG so I guess it's not surprising that I like the gratification of annoying characters getting faceslapped. But here we have a slow paced story about a struggling MC trying to survive and take care of his daughter, for good reason, she's the best. Anyway if I'm already annoyed with the characters now, I don't really think things will improve when the Harem kicks in so . . .

When I saw the harem and polygamy tags on this, I hesitated to start reading it. But in reality, the tags only come into play at the final 3 chapters or so. I really liked the MC and his dedication towards his child after being betrayed by those he considered dear. Regardless of the beautiful women who surrounded him, he didn't waver once until he felt that his child needed a new mom which was when he started opening his heart. I generally don't like harem but I felt that this was actually palatable to read. The MC wasn't some lecherous dude gathering females like a Pokemon trainer you see in manga, but you could clearly see the development of their feelings towards him. His relationships with the FLs also weren't lewd but proper behaviour which was maintained even after he opened up his heart. The fights were good, the power system was understandable and his growth was balanced. He didn't win without good cause and his effort was shown. This was a great novel, would totally recommend.

Very awesome novel, action was intense and fast paced, the characters are not cardboard cut outs but have actual goals and personalities. Power system makes sense and the entire paces of the story was believable and the lore very interesting. The harem makes sense and the girls actually fall for the mc very slowly. I don't know why the reviewers say otherwise but the mc is believable in having trauma for beautiful women and distrust in people after what happened to him. It took more than half of the story before he even got together with the 1st one. The mc was a good natured person only to be betrayed by his best friend and wife and for those asking why he did not want to get revenge. He did, but he couldn't, the wife threatened to use custody right for his dauther remember? And she would have won because he had 7 million usd in debt. I honestly could not understand some of the reviews it looked like we read different books. I loved the interactions on this novel in general. The interactions between the main characters were great. However the problem I have is the supporting cast. There were like 8 other connectors in the novels aside from the mc's party. The reason why every says the final battles were anticlimactic was because evry though alot of people died evry battle they were mobs. The author literally said hundreds died in the multiple battles of Armstrong but no one cared since the characters with names were all alive. Of the 6 supporting connectors. 2 betrayed humanity and fought the Mc ( one was literally used as a healing potion), 2 tried to kill the Mc in due to various reasons (1 was killed off screen). 2 were killed in the 2nd city by the betrayers of humanity. And the last 2 are the best connectors in history so the entire battle group the reader sees evry battle is Mc party plus 2 strongest. Like their party doesn't even get mentioned evryone is a mob. The support staff like the mayor and the director go by titles. It's like the author has an issue with names. So even if hundreadss died the reader couldn't care any less. But overall the story was very satisfying, also loved the epilogue shame we didn't see the romance with the Mc's wives. I wanted to see how he split his attention to them although the story with his children grown up was icing on the cake. The entire journey was awesome. The story started with him being on the ground crying to the moon, buried in debt, betrayed by his wife and best friend. And it ends with him and his family surrounded in love. Ps The ending forgot about Tim Ross, the dude was a meat shield that was his only purpose poor Tim even aruwen got a better epilogue than you did.

Definitely one of the most enjoyable novel I've read. The characters felt realistic, the power system is systematically detailed, and the story is super engaging. Give it a try! You won't regret it!

Quite good impression from first few chapters. On chapter 41 right now so may look weird, but it is definitely really good. You can resonate with the MC and his personality, the love he feels for his daughter, his distrust towards other people due to the only people he trusted backstabbing him.
For now,
Story - 9.5 out of 10. Phenomenal writing, very intriguing and a fresh breath from others where new things come out and everybody just kind of accepts it.
Writing - 10 on 10. I can feel the emotions the author wants to convey to me, as in the hatred for his former Wife and friend, distrust towards others and love for his daughter.
I think the only problem I have with this is that it has harem, but someone mentioned it isn't till the very end anyways, so I'll stick with it.
