    Even though this is one of my favourites I agree with some people's take on harem.Though it doesn't show women as brainless and annoying(mostly), If this wasn't harem(which it wasn't until the long chen arc) this novel would definitely be top notch.I have been reading this for about a year and I really miss the old Wei Wuyin... ~you hungry?

    After 1000 chapters,all i can say is,this is not a top notch novel, it's good overall,but don't expect too much from it. First of all, don't expect epic fight scenes. And,this guy has so much strength but doesn't use it much, probably when he's facing a tribulation or something 😅,more accurately,he doesn't know his limit himself. There's OP tag,but it depends on your perception of op,in his generation, he's op for sure. But OP overall? He's not. The author is good,i like this novel though,this is something new,but the fight scenes are not written well. The alchemy scenes are much better though. The MC is smart,yes,no doubt. Everyone likes smart mc lol.

      I don't think you're talking about the same story. The most interesting thing about this book is how the author makes all the scenes in which the protagonist appears exciting. The issue of being slow is due to the construction of the world, in addition, cultivation is not easy like in other novels where MCs gain powers from their *ss*s. The bottom line is that your mindset is probably not right to read this book. Honestly, if this book isn't top quality then no book can be.

    The comments are split between, Good and l*wl*f* brainless mc with a harem of annoying women + slow progress in cultivation. Yeah, I think I'll not even read this one. I hate harems, they make everything feel weird and disgusting, makes all the female leads and female side characters feel annoying and brainless. Goodluck to anyone wanting to read this.

      My recommendation is that you read it. Just be aware that there is a progression in MC's personality as the story goes on, he becomes much more mature and chad. The density of the story also changes a lot, becoming increasingly immersive. Still, I recommend that you don't pay too much attention to the title or synopsis of this book, it makes sense if you read it, but it doesn't do much. Just read to find out.

      No, not at all, at first he is a bit rebellious. Afterwards, he just doesn't care as much as a saint, but still a guy who would help if someone needed it.
