The biggest what if about this novel in particular is that time is clearly a big factor for Proficiency it's clear the more you use your skills the better they become then they give stat points and generate new skills, the summer queen was alive for thousands of years yet the Martial King caught up with her now Yeon is fighting people who are probably in that age bracket. I guess the level of the skill matters too, since he's using stronger skills he'll be at an advantage but even that advantage should come with time. The tower climbing is fine because it makes sense but some of the fights just seem like they should be too much for him (he shouldn't stand a chance). Let's not even talk about his brother.
I have just finished manhwa chapter 161 so from which chapter should I start reading the novel?
Ahhh I finally remembered the name for this novel and there is more chapters and it even says completed now but I forgot most details I really need to reread it. Someone care to give me a quick refresher for the first 500 chaps? I remember he finds his brother’s soul in a pocket watch or something and he killed the Summer Queen and apparently plans to the chick who parasited Mother Earth as well?
One of the best I've ever read. I reread it quite often, whenever I don't have anything else to read. The implementation of myths is nigh perfect, while the structure of the plot itself is very interesting. The novel never allows you to be bored. The only issue I would point out is the lack of character development, but otherwise, it's one of the best.

I finished this novel year ago and i still don’t understand how my progress is 100.1%
D*mn hes so powerful but I dont really care about it. We never get a comparison of how powerful he is to his enemies. We never know how strong an individual in a floor should be. Never know any kind of rules in the tower. Whatever the author wants just happens nobody really knows. No one knows why he could defeat someone who can kill every king in the tutorial. Etc. Power makes no sense and gives no significance at all. Even the translation is sh*tty af like mana circuits? In short skim and turn off your brain for max enjoyment thats probably how this novel got 4.7 if u read it according to good literature im not sure it can hit 2 stars due to how massive the plot holes are every 5 chapters a new plothole is added to the story.
His power makes no sense. He’s got a part of literally every power system in the tower with tens of different mana types and all this random other sh*t. I have no idea how it works because it never merges. The author needs to learn that just adding a whole bunch of random sh*t doesn’t make it cool or interesting
