My theory is someone that is way stronger than an ancient God, cause ancient gods are the most powerful indeed but don't forget that they actually all died ahahha, so maybe it's the one who killed them or another being out there which our mc was so unlucky to meet ahahhaha. Or I say maybe an old monster from those apex powers in the greater world which existed for thousands of years and one of those old monsters 2000 years old or smth felt the presence of our mc and got ahead to send him back to where he belong (cause after all those people in the greater world aew way too strong so let's not mention their most oldest people, and that's why our mc was barely able to live in the greater world).

U aew wrong, that tower was a simple test for his world tier 6 God ranked experts, and not the real tower to measure streangh because it's impossible to beat the fourth floor test on that tower, and that guy he fought isn't a fourth level expert, that guy is way more too powerful like all he had to do is push his arm and he died ahahhahha, while our mc was indeed weakened cause of his mind state not being like it was with his old body, even if he wasn't weakened he would still loose in 1 move and he said it. And that's why I said there might be people way stronger than ancient God's, it was mainly after I saw that ridiculous test and don't forget that there are 2 more tests much more powerful than defeating that elf ahahhah. True I can't get enough of this, I'm even re reading it till the last chap available sometimes. Simply my best since the writing actually focuses on him reaching his goal and no usless detail like romance or harem which will simply fuck the story and make our mc loose the path to his goal. So it became perfect like almost reverend insanity style, which ofc I mean by reaching his goal and nth else in his mind which actually how should fantasy novels mc be like and not picking up girls or saving the world for no reason instead of getting eternal life or real power.

I think people don't like it cause they wanted the first one to keep going but I also like the sequel

It didn't get completed, this is simply the continuing of the main story, so it's still the same story but he will go back to his main time line now and no longer be in the Reincarnated version if u know what i mean. And the story now is mainly focused on the greater world and the greater God's domain.

Alternative better cause simply putted the details and the different worlds and people and our mc new powers make it much cooler and other things, and the alternative ending is simply the continuing of the main story so its connected dw. Not like a whole different story or smth nah its the continuous of our main story. Hope that helps a little but what I said is simply icing on the cake cause the alternative ending is too good.

The world building honestly is simply perfect. And there is no extra usless or annoying things like other novels (girls being annoying, romance, harem and stupid enemies), like in this novel they even went to assasinate him irl, like u won't find stupid people like if they couldn't kill mc in real fights they will just keep trying till they die. Here if u cross the line we kill u irl and one of the tries they even went for his vice guild leaders since they couldn't get him, like no stupid things or anything along the lines in this novel its simply perfectly built from my point of view. And I'm so happy that he actually trying to reach his goal like all mc's in fantasy worlds should, if it was another novel the mc will be like (time to pick up girls in each street, time to save my lovers which he got to know them few days ago and he is even not in his world to care about them, and ofc the famous word :time to save the world and find the truth about God's domain) they are simply naive

Spoiler AlertI wouldn't think if it as a dream since he knows the people he met and they exist in his time line + all his experience was kept by him and he didn't forget anything except the scar in his heart which is probably from my humble opinion, he either provoked some mighty existence stronger than those gods and ancient gods by mistake, or a mighty existence found him by mistake and since he saw that he is not in his main time line he killed him and sent him back to where he was from or and this is my last guess, he went to some place he shouldn't go to at all and ended up going back. But ofc author will tell us later ahaha this is just my guesses for fun and which I find most likely. I mainly guessed those after I saw those people watching the tournament and the one vs our mc in stage 4.

It looks like I'm in for a long journey lol. If it took 6 or 7 years to finish, then the same could be said for alternate ending.

But the novel in whole is super good and way worth it and the alternative ending is even better so u won't get bored. Cause there is no plot armor or any annoying girls or usless saving the world type of people since everyone is simply seeking power and eternal life. So everything is explained and u can say the story telling is kind of perfect with no loopholes. And the world in itself is perfectly built so go for it trust me.
