I’ve read the manhua like a year ago I didn’t really like it and now I’m kind of bored so imma read the novel to kill some time maybe I’ll be in for a surprise

I hope this will get a sequel, the parallel world urban timeline caused by Zero's power is pretty interesting. I have long finished the novel, but after reading its manhwa and catching up to its latest chapter, I renewed my cravings for release that witch. I hope their is another story like this. The reason why Release that Witch is so good because it doesn't solely focus on the MC. It challenges itself by expounding on the witches and additionally, giving unknown and forgetabble characters a spot light. For a kingdombuilding, this is definitely one of the best. The difference of Manhwa to this is that, manhwa focuses more on Mc, but it is no problem at all given the already good story. If I have to say more, I appreciate how the novel takes the perspective of the more ordinary characters like Van'er and Brian, not to mention the reactions of the citizens to new things. This is the kind of novel you will feel the passion even as a writer, you can identify yourself with Neverwinter.

  • InThend 3

    • Solace1 2

Why do you need magic when you have a gun?

      • InThend 3

I stopped looking for mc without magic powers and had already started reading :)

Hey um so what is Mc's personality? Manipulative? Cunning? Selfless? Selfish? Or righteous guy who who will die for his peoples/strangers/kingdom's citizens ?

      • InThend 3

At first he was confused about what to do, but as time passed he developed into someone who protected his people and did good things for them. His personality is intelligent, cunning, hardworking and good-natured.Definitely one of the best novels in the kingdom building genre. But since he doesn't have any supernatural powers, I got a little bored.Mc uses his intelligence and the witches around him build his power.
