In the beggining I dropped it like 3 times but after I gave it a real shot, holy sh*t, greatest Web novel ever, the greatest mc in fiction, what a journey man so sad to see it axed
What can I say I've finished this novel and it was by far the most fun I've had at reading I have never been a fan of cultivation materials but this one is just special the unique mindset of the main character is unholy, down right evil but towards your goals what is morality, fame and reputation it means nothing. that's how the main character can go so far willing to do so much to leave behind his worldy desires for his pursuit to eternal life reading through that journey was immaculate nonetheless I fully recommend this novel
One need to read it with being less emotional and you will be enlighten with great realities of life which are obscured in the veil of our conditioning. This is not just fantasy but a punch to your face with realities
For now the novel is banned, so it’s not finished. This is the best fiction i’ve ever read, it’s above fiction so incredible and indescribable with words. I will wait for sure for a hundred’s lifes if necessary just to see one new chapter. Ah and one more thing « LET HIM COOK 🗣️ 🍳 !!»
10/10 the writing is phenomenal it feels very fluent and smooth and never has needless amounts of pointless over explanation of things its very well paced and is always interesting i highly recommend this masterpiece
"No goal in this world is impossible to achieve as long as one fully believes in himself, and commits enough war crimes" ~ Fang Yuan probably
Amazing novel. There is nothing much to say, I recommend it with my whole heart, I think that the fact that I read all of the 2334 chapters without losing interest for even one day says it all.
It's an average and overrated novel. The MC is an acting MC who sometimes has to bow and act, which is humiliating, just so his plans work, but that leads to the second point - even with all the humiliations, he packages so many plans that it feels like there are more setbacks than successful plans. Cultivation is poorly divided, the author throws in 6 out of 9 ranks in 600 out of 2300 chapters, which makes everything very slow, especially because he makes no progress for hundreds of chapters. As a villain, he was good at the beginning in the manhwa, but in the novel, he later became only average, for which there are enough novels with better villain novels of MTL websites. As expected, there are cliché phrases like "I curse your 18 ancestors" or cliché negotiations, or cliché speech patterns like "But suddenly at the last moment". Then there are jinx moments and Chinese encounters. His way of risking almost dying is, from my perspective, just stupid. [I read it somewhere else, but i give this Review because, its insane how many people that stopped due boredoom or dislike the novel dont give a review because they stopped Early on and so are not worthy to give a Review in the eyes of these Fans here. . Overrated for 2300 chapters, go and read some good wizard novels there you will find much more complelx novels with pure rationality MC without bowing and acting like this guy or go and read Western novels.
The LN is so good the CCP axed it. Let me summarize: Characters are well written, even the petulant young master has a background, mind of his own, a character reflecting his past and desires, and the rare and uncommon ability to think that most background characters lack. The plot is *chef kiss*, usually regression and time travel leads to plot holes, but RI not only has a well designed web of event properly connected, they also have a plot inside a plot that play a huge relevance intead of just been some device for the tale, the legend of Ren Zu is basically a bible in their world, and it has a huge impact on their life. And finally, the cultivation system, is quite original, well designed, fun, amd above all, it makes you wamt to know more, most cultivation novels has a lot of info dump that I wpuld kist skip and would not affect my lecture, instead in this movel, the power system is properly explained over the course of the tale in an immersive way though their characters, and you skipping it will be a waste, and is always relevant to the story. In conclusion, this novel is sublime, and if you read it before reading other novels, the bar will be so high that even other good novels won't compare amd only top tier quality novels will satisfy you. Like being dumped by a god sent bf/gf who gave you the most fulfilling relationship to carve an emptiness on your heart. This only apply in the real of LN, for Novels (books) amd other realms, is a different experience. 10/10
This novel is truly the greatest I have ever read. It’s filled with great characters, complex but interesting power system and a vast world filled with so much life, mystery and lore. The main character is the greatest of all time and I hope one day the novel returns
Bro your level is -1 how the f*ck
Bro is yet another edgy teenager who read Reverend Insanity because he thought it's gonna stroke his ego and make him feel wicked and sh*t, and then got disappointed when it didn't. First of all, instead of harping about western and wizard novels, go read The Prince by Niccolo Machiavelli and other books about Machiavellianism to expand your knowledge base a little, this is what Fang Yuan is essentially based on. Moreover, this novel drives its plot using its characters, not plot armor or the author's whims, which is why the mc gets "humiliated" or that "it takes too long to move up the ranks", that is because the presence of other characters actually matter, they aren't cardboard cutouts that only exist to embellish Fang Yuan's deeds, there are conflicts and alignments of interest throughout this entire novel. Finally, if you didn't enjoy Reverend Insanity, the problem is in you, not in the novel. Making a review of how you subjectively didn't like the novel is just yapping.
Judging by your critiques I think this novel is just not for you. personally I think a story like martial god asura would be more up your alley.
Wtf🤡
Are you a CCP agent?
