Idk if I should read it. As soon as I saw the misunderstandings tag, I got hesitant.

Well, even the misunderstandings are so bland and unappetising.

I'm not gay but my god the mc in the cover looks hot. Just give him arm muscles instead of those noodle arms and he would be perfect.

Novels try so hard with the synopsis to make it look cool and attract the readers while this one just has the most generic sh*t ever. I know they didn't even try and it's not like it's bad either, I think it's mid.

this is a good read, but the only thing that sucks and would make this novel and so many other novels better is to remove the misunderstandings. EX: The main character aka the demon lord is hesitant on growing an army of soldiers/followers because he doesn't have the funds, all while one of his most dedicated followers is the first princess of the strongest kingdom, and on top of that this said princess has grown a small number of rich and wealthy businesspeople onto the demon king's side. But what does the MC do he works as a servant at a restaurant to amass the funds for his followers. If they removed these kinds of misunderstandings in any novel the novels would be x2 better.

This isn't bad. It's not great, but it's entertaining enough. Actually the comparison as a 'discount Eminence in Shadow' is a pretty accurate summation of what this story feels like. Not as good as Eminence in Shadow, but still entertaining in the same kind of way.

i mean your not wrong but i would say all Korean ones are pretty much the same and Chinese as well. honestly the main difference is that Japanese ones are less edgy for better or worse.

Honestly Japanese light novels are arguably the second most diverse in plot. That isn’t too say the plots are actually good, there just different choices. I feel Korean light novels are the most diverse, but they usually fall into the category of either Hunter/dungeon, isekai (fantasy world), fantasy world, reincarnation/time travel, system, murim,, or some combination between the genres. Chinese light novels are the least diverse but they’re usually the same genre of cultivation. There are some different ones, but usually some form of cultivation novel.

This would be an actual entertaining read if it were actually legible. I think it's legitimately mtl cause there's no way someone actually translated it this horribly. No idea why this was posted here despite it being mtl.
