Supreme Magus (Web Novel)

The MC lack of improvment on the charater side and just being an edge lord buggs me. The series claims the main charater to be logical, but I cannot phatom how he is supposed to have finnished university. His thinking is always in abstracts, only when science is mention does he act like an adult. He only sees the bad and never considers the good.

First it was good. I was invested in the story. Then slightly it started to getting worse till it completely reached the bottom. Story was not so fast, but author added some filler arcs with 100+ chapters like bruh. And im not gonna talk about romance in this novel. And as if it was not enough aftor added shizophrenia or some mentall illnes sh*t. That was the trigger for me to drop this. Like how u become shizophrenic because someone donored u part of their body like come on dude. It dosnt even make sence. Speaking swords - not cursed, just normal swords. Love triangle and etc. Advice for new readers, just read till 800+- chapters and drop. But if you are like me who cant just drop just like that, dont read it so u wont regret it then.

Trash feast of a Novel tbh from what was at its peak fallen to it's lowest I stopped at 891 or 910 I think it started when they introduced the FL of a dumpster and abandoned a progressing one with proper development (or what was once called cultivating to a proper FL Solus) they just put emotional baggage fl in there to stress every reader at every arc of the possibility of this mc's fl dying.

Some people said that it fell of but i like it. First part of thr story is great until kami's arrival. After that it's defently not that great but still good. There are lots of emotional moments. In the end i recommend it.

really nice plot , story and mc personality and especially how auther keeps adding new things which improves world building. u love the mc's paranoia . I'm only at ch 295 atm but maybe I'll soon be done . I've only started reading 5 days ago. it's just way too addictive.

Amazing character development, Lith's emotional growth happens without sacrificing the parts of his personality that initially drew you to like him. The romance in my opinion is good, no harems, thank god. And last but not least, the author gives zero f*cks if the character is in the mc's friend group, no one is truly save. . . except maybe one or two bit still. My one and only complain is that one of the "vilains' is still alive at chapter 2900, can't wait to see him get gutted alive.

It's a good fantasy novel with every aspect you could want in one book. One of my favorites even though there are some slow bits. I think the complaints about the romance are unfounded, they were fine, not exceptional, but good

I'm grateful for the time I spent reading Supreme Magus. This novel breaks away from the clichés with its realistic portrayal and absence of super plot armor, making it feel like a genuine biography. While not a masterpiece, it's far from a bad novel. However, it does have its drawbacks, such as dedicating hundreds of chapters to one arc and some forced plot elements like Kami and Lith's marriage. Yet, these elements also set it apart; their unexpected love story illustrates that love can blossom anywhere. Moreover, the depiction of Lith losing friends and evolving from an antisocial individual to a caring father adds depth to the narrative. What makes this novel stand out is its exceptional world-building. The author immerses readers so deeply into the story that it feels like you're right there alongside Lith, witnessing his transformation from a depressed kid to a likable person. The level of detail and immersion in the world-building truly sets this novel apart.

Great novel in my opinion, love the world building the characters the plot. I especially love how detailed the power system can be, and the fact that while the mc is kinda? a op mc, he is always the challenger, the underdog overall great read

There are so many things that could be said about this story, but one thing is for certain. Quylla should have died in the assassination attempt. That's when this story really started going down hill imo. Author is too afraid to kill off characters, even when they need to die. Especially when Lith is getting complacent. This guy needs to be battling against his emotions 24/7 cause he definitely isn't gonna lose anyone too important. The story started out more dark fantasy, but now is more generic sh*t. Author and Lith lost their edges. Author also started making people (Vastor) more important than they portrayed as. Someone else should've been the Master and he shot himself in the foot storyline wise by getting rid of an organization that can fight the guardians in favor of cheap and easy benefits in the now. Lith's family before him shouldn't have beast transformations. Lith should never have become so acquainted with the guardians. His wife and child should have died (or at least one of them should have). His father should have died. The fight with the mad kings daughter sucked *ss, her death was such a let down. She herself should've been more ruthless (who frees an immortal dragon bruh). All these older people should be trying to steal menadion's tower instead of helping Lith. Lith should've killed Balkor for killing Yuriel. RIP Manohar, he truly was the best of us. I could go into why all these things should've happened, but, honestly, I don't care enough to anymore. Why put in more effort than what this story is now worth. RIP SM, you were the Manohar of WNs.
