      I think it was chapter number 137 but i would start from few chapters earlier than that just to be sure and i would recommend reading the scene where tess finds arthur on top of corpses and start from there. As i remmember it was better in novel than it is in comic

      Weekly is a lot already, read a hellish good novel with monthly updates and you'll feel great reading this. And i think more than weekly isn't that good cuz for example shadow slave has a lot of good cliffhangers and story etc, but you can feel that he uploads twice a day and not less.
