The Divine Hunter

20/4/2024 I thought this novel will be a low level parody Of Witcher series but the author managed to write the story in his Own style with keeping major elements of witcher series. . Pity it has a rushed but a Beautiful ending hope it will have a sequel.

Interesting start. Cheat explanation could be something found in an episode of South Park. Has two continuous endings, none are relevant to they story. Mc changes personalities between an average person, a mass murderer, someone who listens to everything his lover says and then abandons her for months at a time for no reason, and a pacifist.

This is more than just a fan-fic, it's a new story that's unexpectedly well written with twists and turns with lots of action. This is not a spoiler but I do want after stories.

Classic! Mysterious! Great Writing! Reading makes you learn more about the Witcher World without even needing to play the game itself. Author has great writing skills that kept me interested reading every arc till the end. There was great potential for more content but it ended elegantly and great. There was plot twist that really made my day and I hope you could read it! HIGHLY RECOMMENDED for Mystery, Action, Drama, Thriller Readers! Rated 9/10

Never played the games or read the books before this, did a lot of fact of checking on the various monsters and quest details while reading this novel, that's how engrossing it was. The pacing didn't bother, different phases of the story need different styles.

Around chapter 300 wrote a review where I gave this book a strong 4 stars due to it's strong writing quality. It's biggest issue in the earlier chapters was the pacing, there are a lot of meaningless side quests and the book drags out, but its still it's a great read. But towards the end it becomes a very basic power fantasy, with waaay too much cheesy romance. MC doesn't really face any setbacks, and other characters are there just to lick his boots. I think it had a lot of potential, and it makes it much more disappointing.

I've never played the game before so it kinda felt like I should know some things. . which I don't- but it still flowed really well. I like the mc and the plot. The romance was interesting?? (still don't know how that happened) but everything else was good. Kinda got a bit bored towards the end though pacing was a bit weird but overall give it a read

Everything was great up until the ending, which was clearly rushed and left many things unexplored and untold. Still, this is one of the best novels you can read. Witcher world is beautiful and detailed, the author has definitely spent tons of time playing it. Characters are relatable, relationships are realistic and both side stories together with the main plot are interesting. I can honestly say that I was able to fully immerse myself in the novel.

Every chapter sets a building block for a new exciting event and doesn't stick on one problem for 50 chapters which is what causes the downfall of good novels. Everything about this, story, mc, abilities, settings, all of it is amazing and isn't a pain to read. Definitely deserves to be higher in rankings.

I usually stay away from fan fic, but this one was soooooo good, it took the witcher games and made the dreams of player become realities ! I believe it's worthwhile, scratch that it's one of the best gems here
