    by far in my top 10,possibly top 5 novels ever. purely because of the pace,army building and strategy thats in this. would recommend for those who are really into army battles. it does not dissapoint

    Well The name speak for himself... the human emperor. Honestly I pity the mc. He fight so much for the human race and most of the time his ennemi are human. What irony. Anyway good lecture to kill time.

    Bruh, the story is good on the first part, but when he got stripped from his military duties things started to get fckd. I mean I dont like how redundant the things going on and the fact that he got so many restriction on him p*ss*d me off.

      Bro I couldn't finish this novel, after the stupid sect took over the empire everything went to sh*t it just became a frustrating and dragged out back and forth between the prince and Wang Chong. I got so tired of it I started skipping entire chapters only reading the titles but even after several hundred chapters the arc still didn't end. I was so mentally exhausted from that arc that I just had to drop it. Loved it until that point tough.

      I know this comment might be late but I also felt the same but it is satisfying as f when he kills the prince, regains he authority and then proceeds to conquer ____. And then of course he gets another restriction but he becomes the emperor in the end which is extremely good but I will say you will feel more annoyed later parts but it is good

        True I already finished it. Although it is good, I think the author could have done better. I think he ran out of ideas and such that resulted to some scenes in it.

        yeah but but there is little focus on this. quite a few girls like mc but he is loyal to one. and romance goes like coming from a big war and sleeing on her lap and talking kind of things not too cheesy. and the marriage is at the end of the story so you can read it. the intrest acts as emotional support for mc and is crucial part of his team as well. and she is definitely not useless

        Oh one more things does this story only takes place in the central plane or does he travel to other worlds because I don’t think I can read 2000+ chapters with the same setting

        no it takes place in the same world but the world is huge and with diffrent kind of powers and a lot of hidden enemies so the story never remains stale. and this is wuxia genere novel means the power system wont go to the daos and merging with universe and nature kind of thing. but still it is really interesting. try some 500 chapters and wait til the first war is over. the main focus here is war and strategies and the war with araabs was the best one i have eever read. now its your choice, personally i am also not a fan of low power system but i particularly liked this story.
