Having the capability to destroy humans, elementals, and gods, after a long period of countless wars and strife, Arnos the demon lord became sick and tired of all that and longed for a peaceful world, so he decided to reincarnate to the future.
However, what awaited him after his reincarnation is a world too used to peace that his descendants became too weak due to a huge weakening in magical powers.
Arnos enrolled in the Maou Academy established to find any students that might be the demon lord’s reincarnation, but his powers are too extraordinary that those in the academy couldn’t properly judge his powers, so he’s regarded as an “Inept student”. Being underestimated and avoided by most people there, he recruited a girl friendly to him, Misha, as his subordinate and comrade, and strives to climb to the top of the demon race hierarchy to one day reclaim his former title and status.

where do i continue after watching 8 eps of the anime?
I'm not reading this bc anime had brain dead characters No calling them braindead would be a praise words cant describe it. If a retarded person saw anos in action they would realise how strong he is but characters in anime were like "oh he droped a f*ck*ng meteor on us, he is still weak tho"
If I were to pick up from the anime which chapter would I Starr from but at the same time S2 was kinda random too Caz that was a total curveball (even tho i haven't finished watching it yet.) However I'll more than likely just read from the beginning to get the full depth of it still
Does Anos ever actually end up with one of the girls or are they just in love with him one sidedly.

Season 1 was very good for me but season 2 was a letdown. I was so excited for sea2 but it was not bad but not good either. Maybe will try it again. Has _Anos Voldigoat command me to watch it again.
Not criticizing the work since I haven't read it myself, I just wanted to say something about the anime. I remember watching around 6-10 episodes and dropping it around 2 years ago. What had really bothered me back then was the fact that everyone in the world simply ignored the fact that this guy could just beat absolutely anyone and everyone, they kept calling him a loser, a pretentious person trying to trick others to think he was really the demon lord. For ffs, he literally killed and revived someone in front of your eyes. I just couldn't take it and dropped it back then. What I wanna ask is that is there a deeper plot to this whole thing, like were they under some illusion that made them subconsciously ignore his powers? I don't mind spoilers for this one. Opening song for the anime was a banger, I still listen to it sometimes.
