If you have lots of time to spare, you should read this. The story progression is good till 1000 chapters, then it becomes into CHINA NUMBA 1 pandering but alas, it is a good read regardless. I would reccommend, the ending is bit meh though and romance is seldom.

There is a huge skip in the chapter 1214 and 1215 can the someone fix it. Precisely I think that two chapter got switched with other two the later of the story.

I really like the slice of life genre, and this novel is basically that, but about a monk who was given a system to ascend as a buddha but who always wanted to resign. It's light, humorous and fun to follow, but I know it won't please most people looking for action or romance. i recommend it as a casual read,4/5 stars

Nearly forgot about this novel until I saw someone like my previous comment. It's alright, and isn't bad in the slightest. I ended up getting tired of it, but the story is relatively refreshing. You end up learning a good amount of Buddhism, but it doesn't promote it, but uses it as a base for the protagonist to grow. Really fun to read, and I suggest it if you've got nothing better to do

I'll be joining the fray to see what this novel is about. I'll try to speak objectively when I have read enough and review it impartially. I'll try and note down any things that may turn away some readers and have a general overview of the type of story this is within a day or two.
