The story was actually good the harem and polygamy part is kinda tolerable even though I detest the harem genre (my personal preference). I tried reading this coz of the good reviews and skipped the harem parts and still enjoyed the story.

What can I say, this novel has the BEST STORY but the WORST MC. This isn't to say that the novel is bad, it was actually quite good. However, not all may appreciate the MC because he is literally a GIANT CHILD, who can't even take an insult and directly beats them into submission. In summary, MC just beats them the hell out of them and gets what he wants. There are time where he makes sense, while there are times your just frustrated why can't he just lower himself even a bit. (Long sigh) Arshelly is the only saving grace in this novel.

Based on Your Comment You Probably Like Manhua Or Novel Where The Mc Hide His Power (Personaly Hate That i More Like A Dominating Mc)

That Lillie dude probably didn't understand the MC's character at all, he seems to ignore the MC's past. The MC actually fought and ruled his kingdom using tyranny and metal arms, just what do you expect in this current life?? You couldn't just expect him to be kind and saint when all his life (past life) he's been doing those kind of demonlike things conquering, war etc. He actually tries to change and be more tolerable and understanding towards his subordinates and people but the hobbits and such are really hard to change.

I understand the character of this guy, but it really is frustrating that even at the near end he still just as stubborn sh*t*. Dont misunderstand, I like the guy. Its just that his character development was very disappointing and the author just outright "Ok, Imma make this guy more understanding at the end", simply changed his temperant to someone understanding hoping to make his descendants fight fairly? If you dont get it, try to imagine being neighbors with a KAREN and see if you can talk reason with them.

Its not that rascist as written in other comments. MC is just hard on a japanese guy in the start. Other than that he is just arrogant. And on some Muslims in the middle. Like from his POV all muslims are terrorists. So just replace the word muslims with an imaginary dark cult. Overall quite a good story.

I just started and the insults on the Japanese guy on the start literally feel like provocation, you know like piss a dude off so much he can't think straight and makes shit orders to his troops, war is also about ones mental state so I don't really care about the racism

It feels like the kind of web novel where you have to turn your brain off to enjoy the story. by the comments about the author's racism... it is so common in other works that it is difficult to find one that is not nationalist.

To think that my joke about Lee gong-myung having a 'thing' on alex rotschild would actually be true, darnnn. I only came up with that thought after reading their relationship through kang chul-In monologue but to think that it was actually true? Undying infinity eternal loyalty my arse. Gae confirm~ 99%. Ps: not really homophobic, it's just that. . it was rare in action novel especially for korean web where bromance is natural ehehe~ Don't take my 'nonsense' as a big deal.

The author's racism and hate against Muslims is so pronounced and offensive, it's such a good story but his extremely misinformed delusional hate on all Muslims can be clearly seen throughout, such a shame. I hope you can learn a bit more before spouting such racism ..

Muslim, Poles, Chinese, Japanese, and many more. . . well, it is not overstatement to say; he see all people that are non Koreans as "sub-people". Story is decent, but author worldview is. . . trash.

Novel is decent, yes, but its author is a huge racist, to the point, that he see Korans as superior race/people.

Yep in some stories like, If its a chinese story every other country is a antagonist and below them. ex: Spare me great lord, Rebirth of Urban immortal cultivators. If it is a Korean, They will have at least have one plot with defaming Japan and N. Korea(mainly) . In most of the apocalypse series, they would outright destroy the north Korea or depicted as the Foolish bunch. Ex: I came back and conquerd it all, Seoul station Necromancer. P.S : I'm not Talking about all the artists. Just some small group of people. And I'm not Defaming them, just pointing out some facts I perceived while reading. 😜

Honestly I've read a lot of light novels and manga/manhwa/manhua. Every time Chinese, Japanese or Koreans are mentioned in one another's stories they always throw some shade and it gets a bit odd. At least this novel only has this one incident plus a North Korean one lol
