the first 100 chapters were great however, this novel has so much hypocrisy from the author himself, and I ended up giving up, this novel is definitely not for me

Great book, loved how common cliches are depicted from a bystander POV. Translation was top tier from start to finish, characters are developed well. A lot of people complained about the way the story ended but honestly if you don’t like it you can just stop reading before the epilogue. I feel like they rushed it a bit in the last 10 chapters or so but I still enjoyed the book nonetheless. Recommended!

Score: 3. 5 / 5 || An interesting novel, with a mediocre execution and writing. The overall plot is rather good, and focuses on exploring and deconstructing all the cliche plots that are popular nowadays. The reason that my score is so low is due to the writing. The generally disconnected sentence structures, along with the lack of flow in the story makes the reading experience nigh unbearable. I simply couldn't immerse myself in the story. It's also worth noting that the ending is really rushed, and comes out of nowhere. In summary, a good novel, but the writing is mediocre at best and the ending is really rushed, leaving me with a bitter aftertaste.

Maybe because this is one of the first novels I'd ever read I had rose-coloured glasses on for some time, but with all honesty, even after taking them off I still think this one is pretty good all things considered. The idea is great and the execution isn't any worse most of the time, but I have to say that the characterization for some characters (supporting, antagonists, leads) can be pretty bland at times. It would've been great if we could explore their way of thinking and overral mentality more in-depth, but I think that the other aspects of the novel really make up for it. Some of the most memorable arcs, fight scenes and overral moments I remember are from this novel, and the way the main character deals with the Protagonists (the main villains) is always quite smart, new and fun to read about. Overral, quite a good experience. Not amazing or at the pinnacle like other famous novels, but saying it's just "decent" or "good" wouldn't do it enough justice. 7. 5/10 in my book.

MC kills protag quality characters that cheat probability by all sorts of means. Evil or good or neutral protags are equally got clapped because once they approach the epilogue the world will end because the potential of the world is exhausted. Just imagine people cheat at playing games or casino and the MC's the admin game banning the cheaters. The ending is open ending which means the world doesn't exhaust it's potential. It's good and true to it's genre. Writing style and grammar are good.

Let's start with the good parts and then discuss where it went downhill. The start is really impressive, the MC is weak in terms of raw power, but his strategy and experience allow him to take down high-level opponents. The concept of killing protagonists and stealing their powers/talents is unique, and I liked how there was a greater good in killing them. Hence, for the first 80 chapters, it will be an exciting read. But as the story progresses, I don't know why, but the author butchered the MC's character. Basically, the author was going out of his way to make MC weak. For example, Celeste, who could not last for even a few minutes, eventually gave the MC a pretty good fight, even though he has visited and gained powers from multiple protagonists. Then we don't see a massive power boost from MC's highest-rated skills and talents, SS Rank. In conclusion, as we progress, we will see an MC who has unlimited potential but is completely wasting it by not putting in enough hard work, wasting time on guild management, and not even trying to work on Magic and Swordsmanship after gaining talent and knowledge. We don't see good enough fights. His shooting was already good, I don't see the point of his Shooting talent increasing. Unfortunately, I had to drop a novel with a good concept.

Yoo Seodam is one of the best Korean novel Protagonist I've had the experience of reading about. He avoids the problem of being inexplicably cold and heartless, by making his initial standoffish nature plausible. At his roots though, he cares too much about people to actually be heartless. He even sticks around in worlds to do some after-care when the Protagonist is dead. There's also the way he acts back on earth, having a snarky, sarcastic way about him which is a joy to read. His creative methods of dealing with his enemies is enjoyable because the author doesn't overexplain things. Very good use of "Show don't tell". In fact there is usage of straight up skipping redundant details, like when you know someone is doomed, it doesn't bother explaining it. Doesn't need to, you just see the notification and know everything you need to know. Then there are the worlds, many many genres and tropes are explored and deconstructed in a satirical manner. Many bad character habits show up in this story in comically extreme ways, but when looking at another story that actually follows those tropes, you will see that this story kind of teaches you what to look for when seeing whether is story is cr*p/badly written/filled with Clichés. I left a comment at the final chapter of my opinion of how it ended, over all I think it works great. A fantastic read that I whole heartedly recommend. I hope one day this gets a decent Manhwa adaptation.

Really nice story with some twists here and there. Really enjoyed reading it. The cliffhangers on some chapters were brutal, but so well done. Can really recommend this. And the ending was so good.

All in all Mc you Bastard!! Lucky Bastard!! Sigh world hopping! Free perks! Life extension! In a literal sense! Mc didn't just bag rewards he set out to get, he bagged hearts too. The kickoff in this novel is unique honestly and interesting the mc steadily recovers, gets stronger, smarter, craftier and add a splash of mystery plus multiversal overlay or parallel world intersection theory and voila you got me hooked for the rest of the novel!
