    Wasn't it stated somewhere in the Novel and Manhua that the Sheng Clan was the biggest Clan in the Sacred Domain and that they controlled almost half of the Sacred Domain? How come during the Sacred Domain Arc, we didn't even see a single Sheng Clan member or even any record of the clan anywhere?

    I have already read 515 chapters of THE STEWARD DEMONIC EMPEROR. I love the MC. His political power and his action to manipulation and calculation for future etc and many more. I also love his action for that girl when he went mad to avange her. But I don't know why I always feel there is something missing in his character. But I can not figure it out. I hate the doing of the MC of REVEREND INSANITY. I am currently at 807 chapters of REVEREND INSANITY. But I don't know why I prefer FANG YUAN. I hate many things of REVEREND INSANITY. But I don't know why I still prefer REVEREND INSANITY over THE STEWARD DEMONIC EMPEROR more then 100 or even 1000 times. Should I continue reading THE STEWARD DEMONIC EMPEROR? Now, I will only read REVEREND INSANITY for the time being. Can anyone give me an explanation? Why? Why? Why?

      Reverend insanity is one of the rare novels with good plot and schemes without the unnecessary romance. For me, I think that the fact there's romance in The Stewart of Demonic Cultivation makes it come 2nd.

        It is not romance. I also like cold romance. I will be happy if FANG YUAN does some cold romance. Then it will fill the gap in his character. Now, I am at 981 chapter in REVEREND INSANITY.

        I agree with you. I really can't see a demon like him falling truly in love. I see him marrying for the sake of interests with I personally think is a relief. Romance is not a necessity. Arranged marriage for the sake of benefits is also fine. (if ever he looks for a cultivation partner) I started liking this novel because Mc was rational in everything, very intelligent and many times proved that ideals alone isn't enough. I really dislike naive mindset in characters so I really like Fang Yuan. Not to mention the continuous face slaps he gave to his twin was so satisfying. How I wish they had continued the Manga. It had great drawing and the plot of the story is also good. It's a pity that the Manga was dropped in the early chapters.

        I haven't started reading the novel. I had read the Manga back when it was updating frequently but stopped after the translators dropped it. Now, I am reading the less interesting novels I have first because if I read this one, I might end up skipping sleep for several nights to finish this early.

      That's why you shouldn't compare. The novel is from different authors. But, this one's ending is pretty good compared to the run of the mill cultivation novels. Plus, a lot of secrets are revealed at later stages of the novel thus you find out that Mc is not as dumb as he actually appears as we read it. All chapters with luo clan are where Mc was going easy on everyone. His intelligence and long life would have been enough to swart every enemies plans in the early 400+c chapters. But, he didn't because he wanted to keep a low profile so as not to attract the attention of his past life killers. His cultivation level was too low for him to be able to properly protect himself from others before. From my point of view, Zhuo Fan is more intelligent and scheming than he lets on but his strength is not enough to protect himself therefore he avoids showing the full magnitude of his intelligence so as to avoid making more enemies than he can afford to face.

        I get your take, but from what I can understand from Zhuo Fan's actions when he was reincarnated is that he opted to enjoy the journey to fully comprehend life as it is. He kept a low profile and went through all that trouble to experience the things that were not in his past life. He went through the process and kept it real. Though he like schemes, he chose not to cheat the process and by doing that was able to get a full grasp of what was missing before. It may just be me, but I felt like I also gained life insights through the years of reading this novel.
