Yu Gangan looked at him in silence as her lips curved upwards slightly, “President Lin, don’t worry, if she’s willing to accept my treatment, then I will do my best to cure her.”

But, if Lin Jiayu refused, then there was nothing she could do.

“This is my business card. If you need to contact me for anything, you can give me a call at any time, Dr. Yu…”

With a big smile, Lin Guofeng handed his golden business card to Yu Gangan.

Yu Gangan held onto the business card and was surprised to find that it was made from gold. How many carats was it? She subconsciously lifted the card to her mouth and took a bite to confirm.

Lin Guofeng’s eyes opened wide in shock, surprised by Yu Gangan’s actions.

When Yu Gangan noticed Lin Guofeng’s surprised expression, she realized she was acting out of line, so she chuckled, “Errr, I was trying to see if it was real gold.”

Lin Guofeng found the young woman quite interesting.

“If you like it, Dr. Yu, I can ask someone to make you a box of cards just like this,” Lin Guofeng said generously.

“No need, no need,” Yu Gangan immediately waved her hands.

“It’s a small matter, you don’t have to be polite, Dr. Yu.”

Just as the two were speaking, the elevator door opened on their floor and Fang Zhihan stepped out. His footsteps were calm and refined as his gaze fell upon Yu Gangan and Lin Guofeng.

As soon as Yu Gangan saw the man, she was reminded of their kiss from the previous night and she suddenly felt a little embarrassed.

She raised her hand and scratched her neck.

Fang Zhihan’s eyes met with Lin Guofeng. He gently nodded his head as a greeting and headed straight into Yu Gangan’s apartment.

Lin Guofeng stared at Fang Zhihan and had a feeling that he looked familiar. But, wasn’t he Dr. Yu’s assistant?

Why were they living together?

Was he Dr. Yu’s boyfriend?

The man’s every move had a sense of class; he was definitely not an average person. But, he looked like a good match for Dr. Yu.

After a short chat with Lin Guofeng, Yu Gangan returned to her apartment.

As soon as she opened the door, she saw Fang Zhihan sitting on the sofa. He didn’t look pleased as he glared at her. The lights cast down on his tall and strong body, creating a big dark shadow. The scene was a bit cold.

The last bit of charm that Yu Gangan felt from the man disappeared.

“Why did you go to the police station?” Fang Zhihan’s voice resounded.

Yu Gangan turned her head and looked at the man as she raised her ink-black eyebrows, “Police station? How did you know that I went to the police station? Was Yang Tianyou detained for so long because of you?”

She had previously thought about it, Yang Tianyou should have been set free with a small fine.

Since he wasn’t set free, then someone must have done something, and this someone was likely Fang Zhihan.

Fang Zhihan stared at the woman. After a moment of silence, he asked, “Did you really want to see him?”

“Why would I want to see him? I went to the police station with uncle because I didn’t want to see him ever again.”

As Yu Gangan spoke, she sat down opposite Fang Zhihan, “Yang Tianyou was bound to be released sooner or later; it’s not like he would be locked up for life for causing a small drama. So, when my uncle came looking for me, I made a deal with him. I agreed to go to the police station with him if he promised that Yang Tianyou would never appear in front of me again.”

Fang Zhihan stared at the seriousness and frustration on the woman’s face and his anger melted like snow.

At that moment, he suddenly stood up and patted Yu Gangan on the head as he walked past, “I understand.”
