Chapter 62: Meeting Chiba Shiori Again

Akihide High School, outside of the school compound.

Kazuki leaned against the wall and closed his eyes to get some rest with the Sun and Moon Sword in his arms. Although the Sun and Moon sword could cultivate 24 hours without stopping, its cultivation speed could still increase if he made the initiative to speed it up.

Thus, whenever he was free, Kazuki would cooperate with the Sun and Moon Sword since it would be faster for him to cultivate together with the Sword rather than just letting the Sun and Moon Sword absorb reiki on its own.

Kazuki looked at the students from Akihide High School around them who were whispering amongst themselves. Unlike just now, the students from Akihide High School stopped moving forward once their gazes swept upon the situation here.

Their eyes were filled with curiosity, shock, jealousy, envy… These emotions popped out regardless of gender. It seemed like this girl was pretty popular in Akihide High School, but Kazuki frowned, "You are?"

She was indeed pretty where her skin was as smooth as jade, and her face looked calm with facial features that melded well together without a single flaw. Her black and shiny long hair was not styled but just fixed with a headband and would sway along with the wind as it blew.

Seeing the girl in front of him flicking her hair, Kazuki thought to himself, it should be her that Akie Hanzawa was talking about. She was gorgeous and had the kind of beauty that the main female characters in anime would have… The internet was filled with pretty girls like her, but it was unlikely to meet one in reality.

However, he could not recognize this person in front of him.

Hearing Kazuki's question, Chiba Shiori touched her face and thought of something. She smiled and said, "I'm Chiba Shiori."

"Oh, it's you." Kazuki came to the realization as the incident in Akichi High School had happened not too long ago, and he still had a deep impression of it. He could not have forgotten Nakagawa Aokiji and Chiba Shiori.

It was just that Chiba Shiori had disguised herself as an ugly girl when she went to Akichi High School, plus he did not care much about how other people looked like in the dark night. It was quite surprising to him that Chiba Shiori actually appeared so beautiful.

Kazuki frowned. Chiba Shiori's instincts had always been accurate, that much he knew from experience at Akichi High School.
