In the year 2093, mysterious energy known as mana descended upon Earth for the very first time in millions of years. People began to spontaneously awaken, allowing them to gain supernatural abilities, classifications, and affinities.
Simultaneously, dungeons with immaculate treasures and horrid monsters began to appear all over the world, forcing humanity to stand together in order to survive.
Lloyd Elrod was a simple boy at first. He was a boy with no power and little to no social standing, yet that all changed on the day before his awakening ceremony. The day he became what the humans and the other races saw as a monster.
[Welcome to the Void]
It was the day he became a Void Walker. A race capable of growing faster than any other. A race with individuals capable of putting an entire civilization created by a multitude of races on the brink of collapse and walking into the Void itself.
Having become a part of the most wanted race in the universe, Lloyd is forced to hide and fight to keep his freedom. In order to not be restrained by those he once saw as his brethren, he must become strongest.
Will Lloyd be found out? Will he finally earn his freedom and have control of his own fate? Join Lloyd in his journey of joy, sorrow, grief, and pain as he climbs to the top and becomes the most powerful creature in existence.
{Warning: I can't believe I have to say this, but the mc has quite a few flaws, some of them resolved after his his awakening, and others that would take much longer to fix. Flaws are a part of character development. I've seen so many comments saying "Oh this mc is wrong and did this stupid thing!" AGAIN! I am well aware. I wrote him that way. He is a 16 year old. He makes mistakes.
Also, there will be quite a lot of info dumps later in the story}

Comments on the novel chapters for the last week.
I'll save this dish for later.
smh, not another 16yr old, I'll pass
Summary: Try it its worth Im not a fan of the "it will all makes sense in a chapter or two" writing style. I dont pay much attention to what I read. This writing style confuses and annoys me cause I get lost fast. Although it might just be me having a small brain. Also I find the vocabulary quite good, but it seems like nobody is proof reading it. Big fan of the power level, its quite easy to follow Big fan of the story and world building *Half spoilers, more describing what I find bad with depth I dislike MCs emotional change. Although Im sure putting on a mask helps create a different mindset and persona I think the difference is way too drastic Writer should be more specific if his traits etc is suspicious, cause it seems like nobody knows how a Void Walker is made etc but they still have too much of an extreme reaction to his eye color if its just a taboo color. They also said their awakening etc is for detecting Void Walkers, but he bypassed it without any precautions...
113...*sigh*
So I've finished reading the available 111 chapters. My opinion on this novel is that it is really good. I enjoyed it. Other people are complaining about the MC being stupid and making mistakes but isn't that a pleasant change? Most 16-year-olds make mistakes, which is ignored in many other novels where the MC just acts like a mature adult. It doesn't have romance at this point but it is possible in the future. The fights are pretty well written and emotional scenes are written well as well. This book deserves a read in my opinion.
I don't know for the others but this novel gives me an Author's POV vibe... But the start is pretty good!
obviously it is the first novel but it is not clear what mc did and when 2 gained power a smug mc appeared aimless aimless mc although it is a first novel there are a lot of gaps and mc is not satisfactory
The story is a unique blend of magic and technology in a vast, multi-planet universe that is explored through space travel. Although the MC shows potential for personal growth and learning from his experiences, it's important to note that intelligence and maturity are not the same, and the MC doesn't seem that bright to me. One issue with the novel is that there isn't any clear direction, which makes me feel like the author didn't make a proper outline before starting to write this novel. This is to be expected considering it's their first work. Also, abrupt scene changes occur frequently, which can be confusing for readers. Furthermore, there are a few significant plot holes that occur within the novel, which some of the commenters mentioned. While the story may be great for new readers, as someone who reads a lot of web novels, it's not quite up to my liking. I've considered dropping the novel at times, but I'm still holding out hope that the author will fix these issues soon.(6/10)
Not to big a fan, the sotey all feels like it's lacking a purpose if you get what I mean, like a bunch if ideas just thrown about. Of course, its not terrible, it's an OK read if you're looking to pass the time with yet another mana apocalypse novel, and it's pretty good for being the authors first attempt. Not recommended, but I wouldn't advise against reading it.
Holy Sh*t, this made me shed a tear. I have also read all 108 chapters so far and for it to be the author's first novel, I have to give it an 8/10.
