This was a decent novel, but nothing too outstanding about it. Patience is pretty much mandatory with this as the rate that the mc's strength improves is excruciatingly slow. Even when he finally does get a notable power up, he still feels weak until the final 150-ish chapters. That being said, the story is quite enjoyable, with actually well thought out relationships between characters. The ending is fairly satisfying, only having a few minor loose ends. Other than that everything else was so-so, from his ai seeming quite lackluster at times, to some characters losing their importance for no real reason, the best way to describe it is 'meh'. These are only nitpicks, as the novel does have a lot of good aspects such as an amazing ability to turn certain scenes extremely creepy or actual good worldbuilding, especially considering this was written in 2013. If you want to read this, I would say don't expect too much. Not a masterclass, but something nice to read if you want to pass the time.

Its a very slow and dull kinda story. Half of the chapters is used to build the world where majorly operates but next to zero progress is made here. MC never properly uses the perks he has. Even if there are mentions of getting stuff done using the chip we never see it fully in action. Overall the chip feels like a add on and never properly utilized. MC is not aggressive more reactive to situations so first 300 chapter fells very slow.

He's weak. We have to constantly deal with our own obsession for op mc's almost the entire story. Although logic can easily be place to reason out why it's ridiculous that he's STILL weak after reading more than 50% of the novel, we have to grit our teeth, and calmly exit the novel to forgo our worldly desires. All the happy moments you'll be getting are ALL SHORT-LIVED. Beware. He's supposedly strong in terms of ranking and power levels without using his "true form", but my guy can't even deal with those weak b*st*rds nice and clean. Though I have to admit, whenever he gets to show ppl his real strength, I'm overhyped to the point I think it doesn't matter if he's being a piece of weak t*rd on the side of the road 24/7. It's like playing hide & seek. Warmer! Hot! Cold! It's still a great novel in the end. Btw, this ended in 2013. Crazy right? We have better novels today for sure but this quality is dang good too considering the time it was made. Every great novels has it ancestors too yk.

Its great story its not 10/10 but easily 9/10 but considering this site onlt has 5 stars its 5 stars its not the best novel but its certantly great the only problem i had is that it took Angele a lot of time to advance to second circle but considering that those west coast arc isnt that boring its no problem it never felt too fast or too slow it has nice pacing but i felt towards the end, going to tornado realm was stupid decision and why didnt mc revive his friends and family?? But other books of the Author are great and you should read them they are both 10/10.

I didn't know when I read this it was the Protype of WOMW. Then you see the AI Chip, the stats, White/Dark Magicians/ Bloodline/ 2nd generation Son transmigration identity then it clicked and you will find more similarities as you go on, so you will also find out the flaws it had. Which the flaws would be covered by WOMW and makes it so much better. MC is much more kinder than MC in WOMW, also he's a foster father of some sort, he save alot of kids. But there's no pay back like he never sees them after except for 2 of them. The ending is also a bit meh which is similar to WOMW. MC II feel he lacked a goal all the time, which WOMW covered, but still I wasn't satisfy how it ended in general. Also MC here would be the first MC I read who **** his granddaughters + 40 times. That's weird and amazing in a way. This is a good read, but if you read WOMW, this would feel more like a prequel. So reading this makes you appreciate this author more because WOMW is made from this.

"The Wizard World" presents a refreshing narrative where the main character (MC) encounters significant setbacks rather than constant triumph. These setbacks are substantial, compelling the MC to grapple with choices between lesser evils. The MC's family deviates from angelic stereotypes, possessing their own flaws, prompting the MC to rely on rationality to solve problems. Unlike typical Xuanhuan tales, plot armor plays a minor role in this story. Within a unique ranking system featuring clear boundaries (e. g. , Knight, Grand Knight), surprises abound. The MC lacks overpowering abilities, preventing them from skipping power levels and necessitating frequent employment of their intellect to overcome challenges. This dynamic engenders intriguing combat and diverse outcomes, departing from the clichéd power-up paradigm prevalent in most novels. Notably, the MC receives power-ups through common items that are exclusively beneficial to them. As the story progresses, the MC's initial status as a waste, often underestimated, is gradually minimized. This narrative choice adds depth and complexity to the character's development. Political intricacies and mysterious elements further enhance the captivating journey. "The Wizard World" presents an interesting and unique novel, deviating from conventions of constant victory and simplistic power-ups. Its status as a recommended read stems from its ability to engage readers through the MC's resilience, challenging decisions, and the novel's overall fresh and captivating approach.

Noble young master, Angele Rio dies and has his body inhabited by a Chinese Reincarnator with a Biochip. Where have I heard that before? Well sadly in this case the Chinese man lacks the desire to bring modern ideas to this backwards medieval fantasy world and lacks the competency to infer, plot or scheme. Constantly leaving himself open to the whims of death seeking adversaries and the all mighty Biochip. Well at least Angele isn't OP and once the Wizardry kicks into full gear we get some pretty good battles. As he adopts a fairly unique combat method (Metal Mastery) with strengths and glaring weaknesses. Until the 2nd half, when the story shifts again, he switches specs to speedrun breakthroughs (Ancestral Bloodlines), old characters are forgotten and the MC must be strong enough to navigate through the chaotic mess that follows.

enjoyed it greatly and had a great time. its a great casual read and would recommend. and there were arcs and side plots that ended when there was more to explore, but I think it fitted the mc's personality. he wanted to grow and learn, and then, if possible, leave descendants.

The story has a way of repeating irrelevant information and conflicts that does literally nothing for the plot. The harem adds nothing to the story whatsoever. The mc is average at everything. A subpar mc with a subpar system, who's still manages to be subpar at swordsmanship, subpar at magic, with subpar talent, surrounded by subpar women, and attending a subpar academy. Lmao, if I wanted to read a story about an average guy with nothing going for him, I could've read a self-help book or an autobiography. The magic or wizardry mechanics itself is lack luster and tries too hard to involve low level chemistry principals but just ends up coming off as is boring.
