    Don't bother. Not greatly written. Translation is fine but the way the novel is laid out is like a constant flow acid pouring onto your eyes. Even my Profound Poison Devouring Body cannot withstand these constant attacks to my body and will.

    Ah the good days! Where books would only be published when they were good. Brilliant even! But as the industry grew and people started to dislike reading things, things like these became a thing. Japanese novels are ones that make my brain go "PLEASE REALEASE ME FROM THIS T*RT*R*!". Game based novels are things you will love or hate. No in-between. Personally I hate them. Nonsense filled with nonsense and patched up by logic that follows the nonsense. You get it. But sometimes I enjoy them! SAO or other Novels. But this one right here is such a brainrot that you could sell it in dubai to a prince for his t*rt*r* devices collection. I beg you if you want to keep your sanity turn your back and never come again. Safe yourself from this misery.

    Here's my opinion after reading a few chapters *Not my cup of tea *Full of cliches from ch.1 *Dense Mc to the point of irritation and an annoying lil sis *I think there's a term for this but i forgor so Mc's 'weak willed' or a 'push over' or something, cuz his interactions with his family and other people(NPC's included), d*mn its so irritating. Overall, read at your own risk

      I am thinking about being a poison tester. But I fear I may be too lenient or just have different enough taste as others that it won't be helpful to them.

        there is also the rule of 10 to 50 or even 200 (but the average is less than 100) minimum chapters you must read for your thesis [since there are some that get worse after 300] but despite that, agent can just forget that he turned into a bad apple after a period of chapters as long as it's not close to chapter [100]. thus ending the story imagining that they lived happily ever after. but it can also improve is a tightrope otherwise, your thesis is denied, by the ancestors and primordial gods of the poisons who continued to read... even after the truth was revealed. and your opinion of any other thesis will become a double-edged sword, for your opinion has turned gold to rubbish.

        All you have to do is to tell if it is a good novel is 1. It has a good plot not some hero fighting demon king plot that is overused in every novel 2. If it has good translation and is readable or just good enough to read 3. Not a stupid protag 4. You don't really need to be lenient or non lenient because it does not matter, if it is readable it is a good novel better than some random novel with translation so bad to the point it is unreadable or predictable story and characters though that is just my opinion Tbh thats it to be a good poison tester or scout its not a hard job as you are doing what you love and thats reading.. assuming that is what you love

    I'm glad that as a society we have collectively believed the VRMMO-based novels are typically trash with like maybe one notable exclusion being The Legendary Mechanic. And I don't even consider the a VRMMO-based novel because he doesn't leave the game.

      Yeah. It starts out as one but the is an isekai going to "another" world. That one will always hold a slot on my shelf for a must read. I just wish he ended up with both main females and not just the one but I respect the non harem route. Glad she stuck as part of his team. Another notable is Overgeared. They would be 2 of my tops

        Were u not talking about this book? Huh, I read that wrong. But I'd like u to spoil the ships In both of them and In this book ( If u've read It ). Also I'm pretty sure overgeared is a harem? Idk, I've only read the manga up till he slept with the princess lady ( The church lady? Idfk ) But yes. SPOIL THE SHIPS. I get paranoid If I don't know. All those stupid betrayal and ntr sh*t that I've read. Sorry for the long comment

        I have not read this book yet so cannot. Currently reading My Wives are Beautiful Vampires (must read honestly) Legendary Mechanic- Marry's Ames. Wish he married the Red Head as well because they do love each other IMO, but it isn't a harem, and she stays in his organization. Overgeaered - Marrys the princess Irene i think her name was. The knight Mercedes (love her character interactions), Marrys the empress. In real life I think it is between the two guild chicks but I believe he is single up to what I read. I hope he gets with both of the chicks.
