Couldn't continue this beyond chapter 8. FMC is a nihilistic, unlikable cringey, depressed teen kid who transformed into a NEET hikikomori, shamelessly complaining (NOT in a funny way) about her family while burning their money for nothing. Ffs, she got maids and all, with no pressure of a political marriage, and then this... "my family don't love me, wahhh!"...? Am I supposed to feel sorry for her? ...Tf even is this novel? Kinda expecting smth like the mc shock the world through her painting. Maybe her painting will become magic art that can move, since Its a magical world or smth like that... But no, its full of romance.. The story is good, but just not my thing... Even though I read the genre list, I just can't help but expecting smth like that considering the theme is quite interesting for me..
okay after reading till 86 chapter i am still doesn't understand what her motivation is or end goal. she wants to die but at the sometimes not, she hates her family but she still keep leeching their money and protection, she have talent for swordmanship but she is lazy, she wants ravange but she doesn't want to become duchess or position in power, she hates/doesn't care people in general but she get depressed whenever people badmouthing her or alone without people who understand her like mary etc. in conclusion this is story about girl who wants people keep carring her and feel bad about everyone who do bad think to her. if she really whants to become free why not just change ur name/cut ties to the family and make ur brother give ur money i am sure he is okay with it and go far away or other country start an business or anything and be done with it instead staying there without doing anything a noble who have so many bad roumor of course u will get scrutinized.
