By the year 3029 CE, Earth’s technology has developed rapidly, borders no longer exist, and Earth has been unified, marking the beginning of the era of the Federation.
At that time, a huge sword flew from the heavens, piercing the sun and causing a huge sensation on Earth.
Perhaps because the scabbard of the sword was already in tatters, countless shards have broken off from it following the collision with the sun and spread across the universe. Many of these shards have landed on various places across Earth.
With the arrival of the bronze sword and its shards, a new unlimited energy source has suddenly appeared on Earth. This energy source has since been named Spirit Qi.
Spirit Qi is like air, thick in some places and thin in others. As the Federation and other factions gather more shards, they discover more information on cultivation, pill refinement, Spirit Stone refinement, and other techniques. The words on the shards have an ancient feel to them, making it a trend for people to use ancient language.
The appearance of Spirit Qi rapidly makes the original energy sources obsolete and has completely changed people’s lives. Not only has the Spirit Internet been formed, Spirit Qi has also changed the course of Human Civilization, causing the world to enter a civilization of cultivation. This would later come to be known as the Spirit Inception Era.

Umh not much left for me to say, fatebanger has already spoken most that can be stated Well it's an Er gen novel, of course it will be good
Am i the only one who considers this the End game novel in the series? Like I have no intentions of reading this till I'm finished with his other books, I think it will be more enjoyable then since I'd be able to spot easter eggs and stuff from the previous novels. Personally I'm more invested to read this novel for the nostalgic effect rather than the plot.
I have mixed feelings about this novel. Out of all er gen novels this is my least favourite. Novel is mid till they get to late mars arc/dark child part is where it starts to pick up. Call me daddy and that 6th grade jokes makes this novel awful and cringe to read, i don’t understand why this author think that’s funny. Also fat jokes are cringe too. This MC is very mid, I find him boring compared to his other novels. This novel was very important in terms of connecting all lose ends from other 3 novels but then we get to mtl when gets most important parts thus ruining the novel. Lastly the romance, like you know ergen cant write romance and its awful. So overall this I’ll give this novel 5.5/10
How does this novel measure up to other Er Gen novels?I hear that its a drop in quality tbh which makes me hesitant to read.
so i just read somethin. A higher realm than the heaven trampling the fifth step in RI,( i didnt read the AWWPT) im just reminiscing and searching "wang lin wiki" and i saw a wiki called paragon wang in awwpt and i realize that its really was wang lin but from the future and wang lin is a 4Billion years old dude there im like wtf and i also thought what about suming ? correct me if im wrong su ming is the grey robe old man that wang lin saw in the end of the RI the grey robe dude ahhh f*ck im confuse now sorry brothers im not good in speaking english HAHAHAHA i hope yall understand
this is the last completed er gen novel as of now, and it was quite good. i really liked the sorta "sci-fi" (can you even call it that?) aspect, especially at the start. however, just saying to whoever tries to read it, around chap 900 ish, the translation will become MTL (machine translation), and its quality will drop harshly. If you don't mind it, go ahead, but I know it can definitely turn off a lot of people.
Out of all the ergen novel this and pursuit of truth have the lowest views maybe because of the ending
I have finally finished the saga of five books of er gen( RI, POT, ISSTH, AWE, AWWP) it was awesome. They were ups and downs, particularly this book it's not everyone cup of tea. However if you want to know all the mysteries that were threaded since the beginning, you won't be disappointed at how he tied everything together toward the end. It was so epic, each revelations make you remember one of his books and you just grin foolishly, seing the precedents mc make you happy and emotional. And the ending was sad but perfect... Thanks you Er Gen. Now it's time to read his last book Beyond the Timescape less go. Ps: if you're lazy to read it, just comment here and I will spoil you the resume.
I stopped around 800-1000 cuz of the wacky translation. Can anyone let me know if it’s still bad or did it improve
are the politics good and relevant?
