The main plot and steady with bits of slice of life here and there, but the romance plot is so slow, so slow. . . I'm used to couples getting together as around chapter 50s till 80s, but this one waited till 160s!! I don't know who put 'Yaoi' tag here, but their interaction is more of a shounen ai. Even those with 'shounen ai' tags have more spark than this.

I recently started reading this and I can officially say that I'm obsessed. I love everything. The plot, mc, ml, side characters, it's all perfect. I laughed so much because of some of the misunderstandings and have also been so annoyed by some of the characters. I wish it had more translated chapters.

This is a really, really fun read. If you're looking for a good BL with interesting characters, humor, funny misunderstandings, well written slow burn and good plot, then this is for you. Honestly it kept me reading up to 6am, my only complain is that I wish I didn't read it so fast 😂ðŸ˜ðŸ¤§

Super fun read, the political intigues are interesting and easy to follow compared to some convoluted messes I have read. The romance is slow but still not too frustrating until just before they became a thing, so it is forgivable.

So good😠even if its slow burn it feels worth it. The story is really interesting even if we ignored the romance and the translation is superb.

It’s amazing, was expecting REALLY slow pace romance but this one is fine. Translation is easy to understand, and I love mc tho I’m kind of curious how the mc acts in his real time. Can’t wait for more

It's actually really good I'm surprised there are only 2 reviews for it, tho I get that it only has a few chapters currently so people may not want to read it because there isn't enough content?? Idk but anyways yeah mc is smart and ml is great, it's quite slow-paced tho kind of setting the scene for the romantics to start. it's a good read and I'm excited to see more

LOL, i love the eunuch so much he's so funny. I love how the romance start but the story develop kinda slow. It's ok as long it's not boring tho

THE Story is kinda slow paced but there is a budding Romance for the MC and the ML. Looking forward to it. . . Also the Eunuch is digging his own grave 🤣
