    I'll join the crowd here. The premise behind this novel is pretty unique, and it's a d*mn shame it was wasted like it was. Plot threads going nowhere and Plot holes are all over the place. I really wish someone would snipe the ideas here to do it justice.

      Try "card apprentice daily log" for a similar concept. No idea if it's better or worse since I haven't read this novel so i don't know how it stacks against it. But I liked card apprentice.

      I just read when the second card was created, you can't farm it directly so it's left as a complete energy booster, other than that it has the same functions as the original card without sharing the energy of the first one.
