good novel the mc is op and this got a fast passing so mc gets op really quickly the side characters are also written okay but i have to also mention that the things happening in a daily basis in the novel are a little overwhelming as i have read more than 1100 chapters and only 1-2 months have passed in all those chapters but i cant say it as a bad thing as u get a whole lot of content out of it and nothing like boring arcs

I love this novel. If this had a bit better translations, it would have been great novel. Still it is still a good novel. I also recommend this novel to fellow daoists who is trying to get elightment on legendary auto translation skill.

This is an interesting novel. The good: A half decent turn your brain off novel that starts off with a decent story line. The bad: Numbers stop making sense, plot holes, genders are never right, later story starts getting quite a bit worse. But hey I’m caught up and keep reading it as it passes time and isn’t too serious

Just don't bother reading this novel and wasting your precious time because this novel is just a very bland, basic story, just a typical Chinese novels where the story, characters and pretty much everything except for the main character's power is ignored and not developed.

it's essentially a shoddy novel by any standard. The only good thing about this novel is that it is interesting. If you want to read it, prepare to turn off your brain

I'm done with this book, I'm dropping at 1075 chapters. There are multiple reasons why, but I will mainly focus on 2 things. First of the power creep that the MC gets is just to much. Like I understand that the MC is supposed to get strong as the story progresses, but it was just to fast for there to be any real threat to the MC making the story kind of stale. Second issue being the power scaling terminology, its just inconsistent and difficult to understand at times. Read on your own to form your own opinion.

Let me start with: if you're a fan of OP MC's, this book is for you. Like others have said there is not a lot of growth or storyline to this book BUT it's a very simple and enjoyable read for OP fans. What I do like is that even though other characters are added they don't seem to just completely disappear and they do get reincluded into parts of the story at good moments.

The biggest issue, in my opinion, and what's probably going to cause me to drop the novel fairly soon, is the author's grading or tier system. I don't know if it's easier in another language or a translation issue or what, but it is incredibly annoying to spend half the chapter reading through "Black Iron Tier Advance Grade" or "Green Bronze Tier Elementary Grade" descriptions of items/skills/abilities. It's an absurd, over-complicated system that could be fixed so easily, and it feels like word count padding more than anything. That said, I fully expected the "OP MC translated web novel" experience, and that is exactly what you get with this story. I don't hate the story. The rating is due, at least in part, to below-average writing ability and sub-par editing, but mostly the ridiculous Tier system, as mentioned above. It really irritates me 😅

To summarize in one sentence: A big misunderstanding and failure. The author does not understand the meaning of 100% drop. 100% drop does not mean that you will always receive all items for a given monster. It's just a guarantee that you will always receive at least 1 item dropped by a monster. Anyone who has played RPG games knows this. As you can see, logistics and resource management are for idiots, but our MC is a super pro and these matters don't concern him. The environment has no effect on him or his units. Well, as you know, the temperature in the desert is high during the day. And at night, everyone warms themselves in the glow of the mc cottage and needs nothing else to survive. Of course, phenomena such as sandstorms and other physical phenomena do not exist, because that's the way it is. To make a foundation for a building, just spit on the sand and it will be ok. After all, desert sands are more stable than the bedrock. As you can see, each ranged unit is equipped with a quiver, which is like Rambo's magazine never running out. Not to mention indestructible equipment (mithril is basic). The action of the novel is quite predictable and without much imagination.

Ch-1k Well, it is a good story for you if you considering to read this to pass your time, no deep story, fast-paced, op mc, no harem, just enough to read without using your brain. If you are finding a story with good plot, character development, world building then this not for you
