    Many of y'all didn't like this one but for me personally i like this one a character who likes to hide and cannot be bothered by others and not some shit guy who always looks for trouble for example "my three wives are beautiful" bruuhh i hate his character but i like the progress and plot. Back to this one he is not a hero nor anti hero he just focus on himself and there's also a fight that make you hooked up so be patient. And lastly the most favorite one is being a low profile or low key person bruhh im too tired reading of famous protagonist so i want some low profile one. Its fine if you don't like this type of novel i understand ur taste.

    Hey uh so I’m reading ch 1 n the toy said akashic records or something along those lines isn’t there another light novel with the same term? The one where like something happened to earth so time froze and everyone went to different fantasy worlds for 10 years but one guy was left behind for 1000 years? And he basically became super op during that time bc a angel helped him and said angel also fell in love with him? Just wondering/

      Everyone else is a returnee, I'm pretty sure that's what it's called. Same thing exists in author's pov and some other LN.

    Got to chapter 54 and had to drop it. Just boring honestly. Has a great concept, but there is no hook or excitement. I should have guessed based on the title 'Hermit Wizard.' He doesn't want to be bothered by anything and if there is action he just summons some demon to do it for him while he chats with some other pointless character.

      I agree, it makes me sad how the potential for this is wasted. I think it was a similar case for me in The Lazy Swordmaster, a great premise but bad writing. I'm crying tears of blood how some of these stories aren't written properly..

        I disagree, its just slow burn, not for everyone but i agree the main "plot" maybe get a bit of time to really start if you dont read between the line, its not a novel with fast action and overpower mc bambam teenager type In the style and genre of the novel its quite "perfectly" done Its fresh to not have all the cliche/bs/non-sense/plot-hole and have basic and fundamental logic and reasonning done with not bs and "forced" situation like all other novel of the same type of "i want no trouble" but no The character, setting, world building and plot is quite deep and how the MC is great, you really see and feel how he is desesperate and how he struggle all is life to not drown and avoid the massive problem throw at him (and his thought and action and etc have no bs) Not for everyone but in the genre its really well written, that fresh with all the thrash we have everywhere, a more slow burn, mature and deep novel that the usual wishfull teenager op mc and generic story

        Hm, I feel like you do make a few good points in there, but personally it's just not for me. The main reason I felt like the potential was wasted was because TCF had a similar concept - a lazy character. However, TCF was written well (and better, though this is just my opinion). But yes, this is a slow-burn novel, and some like that and some do not. Let's agree to disagree?
