Volume 7 Chapter 204: A New Journey - Feeling our way Forward

Winter had come to an end, ushering in the season of spring. Another spring meant adding another year to my age. I was now 81.

I changed my appearance to my 16-year-old avatar and, along with Teto, we arrived at Daryl town riding on a pegasus and a griffon that were helping out on trade with the Margrave Reebel territory.

As I raised my voice to signal our departure, Baretta and the others, who had come to see us off, politely lowered their heads.

"You didn't have to arrange this boisterous farewell, really. I'll be coming back in my usual way quietly. Also, make sure to contact me if anything happens."

I didn't need to worry too much since I could easily return to with the stored in my magic bag.

The goal of our journey was to first visit the graves of Alsace-san from the , then Selene's father and the late King Albert in the Iska Kingdom's royal capital, and finally, Duke Gyunton of the Gard Beatkin Nation.

We might not be able to directly visit the grave of the late King Albert or Duke Gyunton since they were part of the royalty and nobility, but there might be commemorative stones dedicated to them so we planned to offer our prayers there.

"Majou-sama, are you going to use to reach the grave?"

"I guess so. Since we've been to all three places before, we'll use teleportation. As for after that, well, we'll think about it later."

From there, we continued to visit the graves of our acquaintances while taking a look at the travelog that we had found in the ruins and discussed between us the places we would like to visit.

After finishing our last visit to Duke Gyunton's grave, we gazed toward the south.

"Alright, let's head south next. We were looking for anecdotes about the past reincarnator and making our way through the uncharted western region.

"It would be great if we could find lots of delicious things!"

Teto and I set out southwards, leaving the Gard Beastking Nation behind, and aiming for the Sanfield Empire— the country revitalised by Hino Takaya, the past reincarnator.
