Chapter 184: Taking advantage of the Hype

At that moment, Hulk was frustratedly looking at the broadcast on the gigantic screen with Ned next to him.

Peter had disappeared for some reason, saying he had to go help his aunt, Ned offered to help, but Peter refused and quickly disconnected from the game.

So because of that he didn't see that the battle ended within a few minutes after he logged out.

As Peter left, it was just Hulk and Ned left watching the broadcast on the TV in Ned's apartment at the Oasis.

With the amount of money Ned was earning monthly on Twitch, he was already a true millionaire, both providing a much better quality of life for his parents in real life, and taking advantage of every possible luxury available at Oasis.

One of these luxuries was a gigantic apartment that the player could compare as an upgrade to the free apartment that the game offered.

Not only did Ned buy the biggest apartment, but he also hired a girl who became quite famous working in Apartment Design for Oasis.

As the construction, decoration and objects available in Oasis were very different from those in real life, the decoration in this world was also very different, which meant that a new profession had emerged for people with more money.

Frustrated at not being able to fight, Hulk got up and decided to expend the anger he had accumulated. "Hulk will kill monsters."

Living with Hulk for so long, Ned had already understood that Hulk was going to Elder Scrolls: Warcraft.

"You go, Hulk, I'm going to prepare for the next Livestream. With this alien invasion maybe I can think of something to attract more audiences to the Stream." Ned spoke as he opened the Forum and looked for what topics were trending.

Disregarding the generic news about the alien invasion, there was something that caught his attention.

Instead of connecting to ESW like he did in the last few Streams, this time Ned had a different idea.

With the popularity of Players using ESW skills to fight in the battle of NY, Ned decided to invite the other famous Streamers he had befriended to do a debate stream.

Where these Streamers, together with their Chat, would try to put together a Tier List of the best Skills that people could learn at ESW to use as powers in battles in the real world, as well as superheroes.

Considering the popularity of Ned and the Streamers he would invite, in addition to the popularity of the topic they would talk about, Ned was sure that this Stream would have hundreds of millions of people watching!

As expected, when the Streamers heard Ned's idea, they didn't think twice before accepting and quickly opened Stream.

To create as much Hype as possible, they started with Rank F Skills in the List tier, until they reached Rank S after a few hours, increasingly increasing the number of viewers watching the Streams.

The popularity of this became so great that even Notch was surprised when he received a notification from Oasis informing him of the number of viewers that Ned's Livestream was receiving.

Currently there were 1.9 billion people watching all these livestreams simultaneously.

With the popularity that this subject had, not only were common people interested in knowing which powers would be the best to learn in real life for each class so far, but especially governments around the world were also paying attention to this.

So unlike the Avengers, who were obviously a group of exclusively American heroes, in the view of other countries, Oasis was practically a local hero factory, which could make heroes as good as the Americans!

Thinking about how he could get benefits from it, Alex had some plans.

His idea for the press conference was to deal with three important topics.

The first was to talk about the alien invasion and how much danger the planet is in.

The second topic was to talk about Need For Speed, which would take advantage of the Hype of the attack to have an even more explosive launch.
