If you are planning on reading this, do note that , this novel is a funny , horror mystery and psychological novel. This is a good novel for those who want to enjoy the horror and comedic aspect. Just because it has a 5-star rating does not mean it's a perfect novel. The reason, it has 5-stars is the aspects in which it excels at is done very well, better than most novels you are going to read of these genres. Don't force yourself to read it in one go. As some of the interactions with the side characters get boring pretty quickly. It is much more enjoyable if you read it slowly (about 15-20 chapters a day, really it just relative) paired with some mystery tracks. If you start finding it boring, take breaks and come back only when you are refreshed and are wanting to read this novel. Otherwise, it is not for you.

i have a question for anyone that read this, ive read to chapter 633 and dropped/paused because it was getting a bit repetitive and the horror element was gone when chen ge got too strong, its been a few months and i wonder what should i read after finishing revenant insanity so i was thinking of going back to it ive gone through 633 chapters but changed novel after i havent read it for 7 days straight, i mean i did, start the chapter 633 get to half and fall asleep more than 3 times maybe i will get a lot of dislikes but if i can get an advice then lit
Was my very first horror novel and man i loved it It's hella scary and creepy At times the theme are repetitive but how it's repeated is done finely Highly recommend to read after midnight And beware don't look in the mirror, there might be more than you can see in there Also "that person " is Aizen level stuff 4.9/5 Edit: I don't know how there's a spoiler here nvm yeah that name does spoil quite a bit of stuff so i used "that person" instead now

Is there some spooky music that I can listen in background. I mean like something that will increase the horrifying effect.

The novels great but i just can't get hooked on this one. I read about 100 chapters and yea I still have to force myself to read. Good novel just not for me i guess
I must say that it is one of the best novels I have seen, but there is an illogical act that I saw in this novel, and that is that the police in the novel did not notice the supernatural events while there were so many cases, or they did not notice and intervene, I think they needed to create a special unit for this, that was the only illogical thing I found, otherwise I had a lot of fun, it was a novel that I liked very much.

I read this while sleeping in the buddha room. I got goosebumps every 5 min like someone is watching me in the dark. It made me turn on flashlight and shine the flashlight around the room constantly throughout the night. 10/10 would do it again
