Summary

A hundred thousand years ago, there was a great war between cultivators. Immortals fell by the tens of thousands, the path of cultivation itself was severed, and after the dust settled, tombs forested the world.

A hundred thousand years after the last legend faded, Lu Yun, commandant of tomb raiders, descends upon the world. Armed with the Book of Life and Death, he has some burning questions to answer.

……

“This isn’t how you raid a tomb!” Lu Yun smirked at the cultivators frantically scurrying about the ancient tomb. “Do you want me to teach you?”

……

But ah, can someone teach him how to cure his new body’s erectile dysfunction?

The first few chapters weren't, in fact some were pretty good. How it then all went downhill as it got worse and worse. They kept repeating the same stuff, everything was going in circles. After reading 500 chapters, I couldn't continue, in fact I had to force myself for those 500. Anyway, I read the start in a different website, where the ratings were pretty high, only now as I was reading the comments did I see the reviews over here. I would've dropped it right away, had I known. This. Is. Garbage.

Finally fnished reading and decided to leave a comment instead of a review because I honestly don't know how to rate this. I did like the novel but I can only describe it as "weird". Yea... First of all, this is clearly a xianxia, but at the same time it isn't; it isn't because you can't read this as a xianxia. There's a lot of random mysticism. Power levels don't matter, or barely do. It's more like reading a fairy tale, about how the monster of loch ness exists, or how Santa Claus is the one who appears at xmas, etc... If the author says a random cr*ppy dude is untouchable and strong enough to kill a God, even if it makes no sense whatsoever, then the dude is strong enough to kill a God and that's as far as the explanation goes. The same happens for pretty much anything related to power levels. Skills, treasures or whatever. This goes all the way to the very end of the novel. Anyway, the novel has a lot of ups and downs. The downs are *really* low, but the ups are quite good.

I remember reading this as a novice novel reader and being confused as f*ck. I only survived to ch 26 because I felt my spiritual space cracking.

😂 Yes I also remember those days when I went through various QI Deviations when I was new on the path of cultivation.

Questions. Is this actually harem cause from some comments below it's not. US Quinn Han the main girl? Or is it someone else. Also when does the mc meet the fml? If the fml is Quinn Han when does she reveal her true fork to him and he knows that she's actually Quing han?

OBJECTION! He can't have two wives. The novel's summary clearly states he has erectile dysfunction!

2nd part of my 1st comment The MC enemies aren't stupid and arrogant beyond reason and are actual threats, which is a remarkable occurrence in a Cultivation novel. Usually it's just a bunch of unreasonable psychoes wanting to kill him cause they offended themselves. And thankfully there's no mid fight commentary from spectators talking about how amazing he would have been if he didn’t die-oh shi, he survived?! Impossible! Kudos to the author for that one. His friends aren't completely dependent on him and useless. They actually contribute to the situations they're in?! Unheard of. He's just the right amount of exceptional without being too overpowered. No blaring potholes at this point. I recommend reading it.

Currently 320 Chapters in and I have only one issue with the story so far. That problem is with all his Envoys being female 🤨 Urm, why? He's clearly not building a Harem and is only into one girl, so it's a very strange route for the author to take. The explanation as to why all the powerful Cultivators he found in Tombs so far are all female is a bit. . . shaky. The author even made the MC aware of this oddity 😂 Just don't see the point of them all being women and I'm slightly put off by that. Other than that, the plot is engaging and interesting. Very few errors—some words and phrases are repeated in the same sentence, no major issues—so it's easy to follow. I haven't read something this coherent in a long while.

Does it count as a harem if the mc is only romantically involved with one female and the others are friends or subordinates?

It's not romance or harem.. It's that Audacity he is showing even though he has them ( As a anti-bonk activist and fellow daoist of culture... I highly proclaim this as Wrong)

If they are romantically involved with mc then it's a harem. If he just has sex with them then they side hoes.
