Guilty pleasure. Objectively, this novel isn't that great. Very cliche, nothing groundbreaking. The plot is forced, so the characters abrupt actions seem illogical a lot of the time. That being said, for some reason, I just couldn't stop reading this. I read all the way to chp 496 and was enjoying my time. But eventually, the way the plot forced things just made me stop. The random girl the MC gets with makes absolutely no sense. It's so abrupt, that it just ruins the story.

Cons
- The dialogue at times had me thinking my death count of brain cells just went through the roof. Reading some these conversations were painful
Person 1 "Are you sure you want to go in there :insert names of dangerous people in there: That's suicide"
Person 2 "Are you saying that's suicide? What does this mean?"

- Information or names repeatedly stated but for some reason keep changing often within the same chapter. WTF what heck is going on?
Liang Tianyi: There are 34 places we need to go
Luo Huang: Yes we need to go to Peak Mts to find these 38 places
Xiang Tianyu: The 32 places at the Cloud Mts will be a few months travel
Luo Huang: Indeed getting to the 34 will take time
Liang Tianjin: Yes we need to leave immediately for the 36 places

Pros
- This story despite the faults has been fairly entertaining, it follows the normal tropes but has thrown in a lot interesting twists that left me wanting to know what happens next. Definitely an underrated story
-It follows a slower story progression that actually benefits the story and the character. So if you're looking for a fast paced Shonen where MC is OP from the start, you might not like this story
-Interactions of side characters when the story isn't focusing on MC while not the best has been decent enough that it actually left me looking forward to what the side characters were doing in background
-While the story isn't groundbreaking I like that it really does come across that this author has invested time in laying out the ground work to tell his story instead popping out another cookie cutter cultivation story
