Great power system and world building, definitely Unique. If u can stomach the disgusting descriptions and characters then it's a gem for you. Aight my view, i feel disgusted and might v*m*t from all these lewd and down right horrible descriptions, i love the world that this novel have but it's not for me. DROPPED. 😞
This is one my favourites of all time and one of the best cultivation novels I've ever read. Starts with an ok cultivation story with a bit of a grim dark take to it but from chapter 130 onwards when the MC joins the monarch sect, leave the starting continent and embrace his alchemist identity is when this story relly begun for me.
Great worldbuilding, terrible MC. Do not start if these bothers you; -Harem -MC feeding his harem and getting them stronger(Feeding them pills). -Filler chapters(first filler was at 70th chapter, i got flabbergasted when that happened. And i heard it only grows frequent at the later chapters. It becomes a common thing to not see MC for 50 chapter. ) -MC is not evil in case if you start like me thinking he is neutral to evil(Literally he rapes some girl in the first chapter and somehow talks about how it is sad and cruel when someone get r*p*d). -He is not a loner(I am not that furher in novel but i can easily picture MC's subordinates do the job and MC comes and save the day when things go south). Felt like a wish fulfillment novel to me. Cultivation stages were unique and that got me hyped and relationship were fully beneficial. But changes were quick to happen. All the girls started to fell in love with him because of his manliness and handsomeness.
Favorite Cultivation Novel def deserves it only bad part is the chosen king arc it makes all other stories tuff to read after this just one of the best novels
Definitely 5 stars. Excellent writing with solid characters and in depth world building. Even good stories have a few rough spots, I'll list a few: 1. Alchemy extreme focus. 2. When author gets really into certain topics he starts info dumping a TON of info all at once. 3. Novel includes time, space, and fate/destiny powers. 4. One of the female characters is a crazy gold digger/self centered wench and the author really tries to prop her up and it blows not only my mind, but judging by the comments, there are many others who are equally flabbergasted by the author supporting this person. Ok even with those downsides, the novel is really strong and maintains a solid 5 stars. Definitely read it!
This is one my favourites of all time. Some people seem to hate it but I assume that's because they're used to other novels with filler content and just glace over paragraphs they don't feel necessary. This novel is amazing and every paragraph is worth reading, pretty much 0 filler sentences in this novel.
This is one of the best cultivation novels I've ever read. It's really fun and unique and the protagonist is really cool. I love this and it's definitely in my top 10, and I've read or started 200 novels
Hands down one of the best novels on the site, the Novel starts ok a cultivation story with a bit of a grim dark take to it but after the first 100 or so chapters when the MC joins the monarch sect it becomes something special. A must read story for those that enjoy a OP MC with a good harem subplot.
The story is pretty good and the power level at the beginning is pretty good. But approaching the 1000th chapter, all the preconceived notions that one of a lower phase cannot beat someone in the mystical realm come to an end. There are realm lords, time lords, and star lords who destroy 9-rune earthly saints. Not to mention that from time to time, approximately every 200 chapters, within those 200 chapters, at least 60, the protagonist does not appear. It makes boring secondary characters appear that have absolutely nothing to do with the protagonist, and it is super boring, in short, 3 weeks of wasted reading.

The author focusing on pointless side characters that it is hard to care about is valid, and the power scaling balance does start slipping, you are right about that. However the comment about 9 rune earthly saints doesn't add up? Ive read up to chapter 1200 and there is only 1 time a 9 rune saint is even defeated by anyone, and that involved poison and fighting in an area that suppressed cultivation. So where are the additional instances of 9 rune saints getting destroyed by mortals by chapter 1000?
It's a great read. If you are looking for a novel that has cultivation but follows a different system, you will enjoy this. It is also one of those that takes world building seriously. I love indepth stories and this hits the mark for me. Keep up the work KevinAscending even in the next arcs of the novel.
I wish i would've read ur review before investing so much time in this novel, i feel disgusted from all the ways the that things r described in this novel, utterly v*m*t inducing.
