Haaaaa yes, this novel was good, recommended
7/10 Novel Starts strong, royally fumbles the ending. At its core this is a 'kingdom' building novel and does it pretty well. It's when it deviates from this that the cracks begin to show. The novel could use an entire additional volume before the finale to prevent the whiplash I experienced reading the final moments of this book. Overall you just get the impression that the ending was incredibly rushed. I genuinely think that the Author could have made a really impactful ending if they had just taken more time. Another problem is that this novel has a serious lack of themes. I did not particularly feel moved by the MC achieving his goals unlike in novels like LOTM, Reverend Insanity, The First Order, LITOW, etc.. Characters have good development and the author mostly hits the mark on making those impactful moments significant to the plot. If you like the idea of bringing modern tech into magic fantasy worlds, then you'll be entertained and should read. Otherwise be advised.
I feel bad when only human males don't get to have supernatural powers when every gender gets them I any other race Kina like the world's sexist in the novel's world
I read a few of the chapters, can 1 pls tell me if there is a harem in this? And, is the MC a pedo..?
dunno how I missed this novel, I already liked the comic a lot which I read like two years ago, so surely that means the novel is even better just based on how adaptations work. Definitely beats scraping the bottom of the barrel on this site lmf**
Hey y'all this novel has a happy ending right? :3 Please say yes please say yes please say yes please say yes please say yes
Picked this novel up after seeing a comment that this was "Roselle Gustav's POV"... Fast forwarding 182 chapters in, really glad I picked this up. The world building and progression of the town is really satisfying. Can't wait to see how this unfolds further!
Does mc gain some supernatural abilities or does he fight using only his brain?
as of chapter 186 I love the tech development being narrated, this novel so far already better than those top 10 on the website. imo
Solid kingdom-building with tech advancements. liked it 👍
