Not necessary to say much, read both the manhwa and novel you won't regret it The character designs are impeccable (except the mc art style being bad(?) ) 4.8/5 definitely a must read

I’ve read some chapters and found the story structure interesting, as it presents multiple side stories that the MC explores. However, the world-building could benefit from more depth, as the characters often appear polarized as either good or bad. Additionally, the MC's transformation into a combat genius feels abrupt, especially considering his earlier struggles before getting his first skill. This is based on my experience reading less than 50 chapters.

My review- 9.25/10 Protagonist- 10/10 Many times one may think what better choice they could've made if they were the protagonist, but Kim Gongja is a GOAT on the cellular level, one can't outclass him.. Side-characters- 9.5/10 In many novels, side character's are just stepping stones for the MC to shine, but in this novel, each character is fleshed out, given a life, and have made decisions that befit their nature. World Building- 8.5/10 Okay so in a tower novel there are many things to which you want the answer fundamentally, like 'Why does this tower exist' 'Who made this tower' and this novel encompasses these questions beautifully. However, what I did find lacking was some of the floors of the tower in the latter half of the series and the influence of the outside world on the tower.. Writing- 11/10 Masterpiece.. The author encapsulates human life and emotions perfectly. The only thing I regret is that the author rushed a lot towards the ending of the novel..

I'm starting reading from chap 120 and maybe it's me who just don't get it / or miss it from the manga but how the world works exactly? I didn't grasp it well, so there is earth who is a mess for some reason and people survive around this towers or i get that wrong? More floor conquered more space/resource for the people, it's like that? There are different tower on earth or i'm tripping?

In the story, Earth is not necessarily the central focus; instead, the world revolves around the Tower as a sort of multiversal hub. While Earth still exists, the Tower acts as a separate dimensional space where hunters (or climbers) aim to grow stronger, conquer floors, and gain resources or fame. The everyday struggles of Earth aren’t heavily emphasized—it’s more about how individuals, like Kim Gong-ja, enter the Tower to achieve their goals.

A masterpiece, no more nor less need to be said about this webnovel. TIP: The same author is currently writing the new story “I’m an Infinite Regressor, But I’ve Got Stories to Tell”. Very fascinating story, but extremely hard to follow due to the plot fully based on regression.. So you will read at your own risk of getting brain strains .. :)

I thought I was only one, lol. Yea the other novel is more complicated read, still good, but something I can't binge.

The author new novel is the most unique regression novel of all time and its a new format of writing WN and first of its kind too. I say it surpasses this novel by a margin.

It doesn’t. It’s good, but not on the same level as this.

No spoilers review (kinda) 9/10 Lost a mark because of the end, give me the Raviel X Gongja seggs scene now! In all seriousness, this is a wonder read, some will think this is a masterpiece, some will say this is boring. I'm in the prior, I think this is an interesting novel that explores many aspects of life and is very philosophical sometimes. And during the comedic scenes, you just can't help but smile when reading. Those who think it is boring probably just don't like philosophical topics, which I can't blame them, it's sometimes very daunting (I like) When you read a novel, you usually think "ahh I wish I was him/her" or "If I was him/her I would've done way better", but in this case, I think Gongja is perfect for Gongja, I think he is the best of all of us If I were to say what is the strong suit of this novel, it would be the character development and character interactions, I think those carried the novel (not saying other aspects are bad, but those 2 are extremely good).

I love how your review basically boils down to "it's good and if you disagree it's probably because you're afraid of depth (unlike me)"

Bro. “No spoilers (kinda)” and you immediately spoil a major plot line in the next sentence
